SMH! Save your money and time. What tire rod fix cost this much. Really My son says this place isn't the same anymore. I've been with this business for ten years. They say he has to get it replaced. BUT, they can't give an estimate because the guy who does the estimates isn't in until Monday. Then he has the nerve to say if we take the vehicle home he has to charge a diagnostic fee, all of a sudden thats policy, because we might take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Like it was our fault his guy isn't there. His mom asked to text the receptionist who knows us and he says he doesn't have her number/jcan't text her. She gets the keys to leave and suddenly he's texted the receptionist and he's trying to work something out. Mind you we have been using this shop for over 20 years! That has never been "policy". And what right does he have to hold our vehicle over the weekend. Notice the theme. All this guy wants is money. He'll say anything to get you to leave the vehicle to make a buck. The previous owner was thoughtful, helpful, thorough and timely. This guy is the total opposite and has zero appreciation for long time customers. The mechanics and receptionists are top notch, the owner not so much. Beware of getting anytime other than an oil change.

I took a 2011 Silverado Hybrid over to have a "bolt on" cat-back exhaust system and 4 new oxygen sensors installed. They got it done in like 5hrs and the work was quality. They even ran a detailed engine diagnostic report when the check engine light failed to stay off (it being in is why I had them do the O2 sensors in the first place). Turns out it is a wiring issue that will have to be addressed some other time. Every contact point in their operation is smooth, fair, and efficient. The employees are all super friendly too!

No accidents, in great shape, unique enough, and best of all, paid off. I've been taking it to Audi Tyson's Corner religiously since 2021 (a phenomenal shop in its own right), but after deciding to sell my beloved S4 on carsandbids.com, I wasn't ready to pony up $6K for the recommended service (carbon cleaning). I shopped around here on Yelp for a better deal and Edwin & his team replied within a day. I was a little sus given I tend to ignore Yelp replies from businesses with no reviews, but Edwin talked the talk so I checked them out on Google. They were on point and looked legit, so I started a convo about what was going on & what ATC recommended, and Edwin came back with a solid quote. From our brief discussions in their small office (hard to find btw but worth tracking them down), it's clear Edwin knows German engines, and even sent me some footage of before/after pix of the cylinders when it was done. When I picked it up, he popped the hood and explained what they did, one of them being a repair that it looks like ATC missed. The car was noticeably more responsive on the drive back to VA, like the first time I drove it. No lag, drag, limp or sputter. I'm headed back in given the check engine light is on (it was the main indicator to this latest problem) but I'm guessing it's an easy enough fix. Edwin said bring it in anytime. I reconsidered selling it for like 3 minutes after returning home, but then realized the roads, drivers, and people of the DMV are some of the worst I've ever seen, so I'm sticking with unloading it. Given the Capitol region has completely destroyed any and all joy I take in driving, I'm buying something that I wouldn't be too upset about when I'm eventually hit by one of the tens of thousands reckless idiot drivers of the DMV. The owner Keon Wilson says he will reimburse me my 4,767.88 for my engine however I have not received it or any information on when or how I will be reimbursed. Just excuses! I asked why the business insurance is not paying for it? He said "because the vehicle was not in the shop at the time of the incident, the mechanic a independent contractor who was driving the vehicle after hours that's where the problem comes up". So now I'm out of a vehicle , 4760 for the engine not to mention the 1,000 I spent on tires new tires. The mechanic/driver provided our insurance to the state trooper (this is now a at fault accident on my insurance). I am mad as hell!! This is going to be a long drawn out process in court now.
