After talking with him, I felt comfortable proceeding with him doing the work because he seemed honest, fair and transparent. After taking my car, I get a call back the next day with a full diagnostic reportof what was wrong and why. He assured me the work would be completed and he kept to the schedule of when the car would be ready. I'm happy with the results and my car is kicking out some of the coldest AC. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30am and when I arrived at 8:01 am, I was told very nasty that I was late and my appointment was at 7:30am. I said, that's impossible because that's the time I drop my daughter off for school so there is now way I agreed to get there at 7:30am. I also explained to them that the reason I was 30 minutes early (remember, my appointment was at 8:30am) is because my car kept stalling to start (push button start, car is a 2020). I let them turn the car off to change the oil. After being there an hour, the guy quotes my oil change and says to me that he will "check my battery" to see if its low. At about 10:45 am (at this point, I'm there for 2 hours for an oil change), its time to pay and they tried to charge me $125.00 for "looking at my battery to figure out what the problem was". I was never told that it would cost me an additional $125 to "look at my battery". I asked him why would I pay $125 for something AutoZone does for free?! He then got nasty and told me that he will drop the $125 so "I wouldn't leave on bad terms" and I asked that I never return. I said, "no problem, you aren't the only mechanic in town that does oil changes". Never, ever deal with these people.

I was told that the wrong item was ordered and the oilpan needed to be ordered and my car wouldn't be ready until another 4 days. I denied the bill that was sent to me and told Rick it would have been cheaper to go to the dealer and I would have had a paid less dealing with them. He told me they would charge me less and I would be sent a itemized bill which never came. He explained to me he already fixed my car without my permission I was suck paying over 2,200.00 dollars and the customer service is horrible and none carrying when it comes to customer service, time without my car due to the mechanic Rick being out sick for almost a week which is why I had to personally pay more for transportation with rental cars and uber and then ripped off with paying over 800.00 hundred more which other mechanics said was over priced. March 3rd at around 6:45am, He replaced a fuel pump module , within an hour . Afterwards I drove car around the block to test out the new pump. March 4th , less than 24 hours , I took a trip to Walmart which was less than 10 miles from my home. The car initially drove okay but then it started to acted up, car shut off while turning and would go into neutral. After parking the car , car would not crank up properly and would shut off. I turned the car off and back on to try and reset it, did not work. I called the mechanic at 1:35pm in a panic , asked him what to do and if he could come back to look at his work, that the car was driving fairly fine and after the pump was installed new issues. I wanted him out o recheck his work, I also smelled something burning.( I had to get the car towed to my home , it would not drive! It would not go into gear ) He agreed that later that day he would come by to check at around 9:30pm, and that he would charge $50 for a diagnostic to see if anything else popped up . He did not come at all, and did not contact me to let me know he was not coming. The next day I had to Call , as he did not contact me back or acknowledge the message , he did not answer , I left a voicemail with concerns. He randomly text me to ask if 5pm would work to check. I replied that 5:30pm would work, he never responded at all or clarified how to remedy the situation. Please be aware of this mechanic and his customer service . It would have been better to say you are unfamiliar with the vehicle before doing unsatisfactory work. I am not left with a disabled vehicle ! Please choose wisely when trying to find a deal!
