A loud place, small, tight quarters with "metered" shots…read more The BLT is worth the visit though. "Some" of the staff is great...then there are some that are a bit too professional. Not as friendly as it used to be. Really smokey (get some ventilation) and only a couple of masks beside the kitchen. Again...the BLT makes it worth the visit.

Well Coaches Corner, we're cool now. Ya.. we had some rough…read moretimes, and a little bit of drama... but no worries. Every time I've been here lately the crowd has been pretty chill, it's a hard working crowd, a blue collar crowd, a social and friendly crowd. The unsavory characters that have been here before have moved on apparently, which is great. I'm still mindful of my belongings, but not worried about straight up theft. Diane is very friendly as are most of the bartenders, drinks are cheap and they're cold as ice too. I just wish you wouldn't run out of brands Though I wish you're bathrooms were more than just single occupancy... they're at least decently clean. They have 'Stupid Coffee' and 'Risk ur Life Donuts' in the morning (Open at 7 AM) Sapporo Beer is $3.00 - always and the have Angry Orchard beer - a hard cider. I love the Angry Orchard, but it is dangerous... so easy to drink that you don't notice how drunk you're actually getting... SMH, makes for a wicked hangover too. All in all it's a decent place. Go take a look see if you're in the area.

I didn't know this bar had a name.. I love it! Although smoking can be a bit much indoors, I do…read moreenjoy having a few drinks here in between gambling. Push is in the middle of Horseshoe Casino.. it's a circular bar with tables and seats surrounding. Decor is dark but comfortable. Clean and spacious layout. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Diverse crowd of people. Drinks aren't too pricey... There's decent music, plenty TVs; fun vibe. I've never been here as a "club" and hardly seen anyone dancing. But this joint is cool to just chill during your Horseshoe adventures, ha. I've been to Push at least 10 times. Always a good time!

Plus 1 for cheap drinks. $11 for a Bloody Mary and a Jack and Coke Plus 1 for having a name that is gambling-related Minus 1 for being named after the most boring possible outcome in gambling. Would you go to a place named Tie? Didn't think so. Minus 2 for the service. It took forever to get a drink sitting at one of the tables around the perimeter. It might have been better to just go to the bar, but why bother? Minus 1 for the exterior. Approaching Push from the casino floor, I couldn't even tell it was open until walking by the entrance. All that is visible is an opaque curtain around the outside with two openings. At first, I thought it was a stage that was closed for the night. Minus 1 for the interior. I guess they didn't bother renovating this place for the re-opening. It looked like a bad cruise ship lounge from the 70s - and not in a good way. Also, would it kill them to clean the bugs and debris from the light fixtures? Plus 5 for the people-watching. If you're a sarcastic S.O.B. like I am, kick back and enjoy the Hoosiers. Minus 3 for the music. They had a DJ playing mash-ups and all of the greatest hits from 1992. Do you miss hearing Tag Team's "Whoop, There It Is"? Come here! What put the nail in the coffin for this place was the mash-up of "Rumpshaker" and "Paper Planes". You heard me. I actually heard the following: "All I wanna do is runna zoom, zoom, zoom in a boom boom....and take your money!" Plus 1 for being my first one-star review. I can't believe it took this long. Thank you, Push, for being my inspiration.

I honestly do not have much to share about this venue. I was there for almost 2hrs and didnt have…read moreanything to eat or drink. I showed up to a friends birthday/karaoke party. It started at 7pm. I arrived closer to 8pm. There were people there, and as the hour progressed more and more people showed up. I assumed the singing and such would have started on time. But when I left after 9pm... no singing had begun. When Inarrived a server asked did I want a menu, I said yes. But she never returned. So I sat drink less, food less. This making up in my mind I wouldnt be staying long. The place was rather spacious, clean, looked like a good time would be had(on another occassion). I actually want to go back one day and have SOME SORT of experience. It was a cozy spot. Pizza and wings. People were complaining about their drinks... but it was nothing I could personally give a tip or judgment on or about... no one ever served me. *shrug*

Bartenders are frickin' awesome, and hook you up right. The beer is always cold and the mixed drinks are normally on point, sometimes a bit strong though but, who minds THAT? Food to get: Irish Nachos - Ho-Ly Jesus, talk about a loaded plate! Feeds at least 2 people. Pizza - one size one price 14" for $10.00 and pretty darn good. Jack Burger or Mini's - 'tis tasty, hot, juicy and delicious. What's cool: Svedka Pitchers - they're all good flavored pitchers but the lemonade one's my fave. Trivia on Mondays - always a decent crowd gettin' their knowledge on. Stuff to do: Pool (billiards if you prefer), Darts, Karaoke on occasion too. Aww man...: This may be a "woohoo" for some(not I). It's Illinois so you gotta smoke OUTSIDE. Mens room... meh, it's a mens room, it's kinda dirty(ish) but has soap 'n water. Beer - yup... this bar has beer. Needs to add some local brews though, just sayin' This bar is kinda like Cheers... become a regular and it's "Where everybody knows your name..." except that one guy...
