I found MB grooming in yelp, the cuts looked good so I decided to try it out. Making an appointment was extremely easy, you can do it online or just calling the number and pressing 1. Customer service for booking and barbers are definitely on point. Keith was my barber but Trip was also there, both are friendly, social and skilled. Keith made sure he knew exactly what I wanted before he even picked up the clippers, he talked me through each phase of the cut and explained what he was doing just before doing it to make sure I was ok. As a new client and having been to another shop and having a bad experience I appreciate him taking the time to do that. Even with the walk through he got the job done quickly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I scheduled my next cut before even leaving the shop. Oh and they give complimentary facials on your first cut, being that my sister does facials also I can honestly say it was legit too. I'll probably do the facial once a month. Make sure to try out some of their products, beard, hair and even a CBD based cream that relieves pain in minutes. I tore my hamstring two weeks ago and was in constant pain and this stuff works!
