I booked an appointment with Jennifer and she eased all worries! She was very up front about the condition of my hair and costs to make sure I was comfortable with what we were doing. I got my hair colored and cut and the results were amazing. I get compliments all of the time! The salon itself is very clean and every single employee was so kind. They have a great selection of hair products and the recommendations Jenn made for me were exactly what I needed. The salon is a little pricey but it was worth every penny. Alas, I think I've finally discovered my salon home!! I've tried dozens of salons in & around the metro area (with much disappointment) and can say this is one of Atlanta's best salons with the city's top talent at the helm. And if that wasn't enough, they use Kerastase products - my favorite hair product brand :) The salon is located in the heart of Buckhead, so expect the price tag that comes along with the area. Ladies (& gents), we all know it's worthwhile to spend on quality when it comes to your tresses! Skimping on hair usually doesn't deliver the best results. If you're going to spend, do it with the best - & it's on par for other Buckhead salons. The salon is clean & spacious with a decidedly minimalistic chic vibe. The music is always pleasant & fitting. Guests are usually asked to change into a smock. They're also offered beverages. The stylist meets with the client to consult on desired outcome (shade of color, length of cut, etc...). I've had the pleasure of working with a few stylists, all very great at what the do. On my most recent visit, my hair was under the care of Brian, Master Colorist & Educator. This guy right here... I've never left a salon chair with so much new technical knowledge!! The man knows his stuff - not only about hair, but chemicals, skincare, & even singing! He took excellent care of my care and gave me tips galore that I'll have to begin applying. He really knows his stuff & I like that he shares that with guests & can empower them to be their best. I will definitely return to see what else I can learn while I'm in his chair! I love that you can book appointments online - so appealing when your schedule is unpredictable! I had a botched coloring (see other posts) that really need conditioning, a hair cut and color correction help and she answered my prayers as usual. The only reason I went to another place was because she was out of town. Never again! Ines does amazing dry cuts--she was a first for me, but I love it! I came here with a friend to get her hair fixed up by Ines! She had gotten a horrible cut and I swear by this place, though I'd never gone to Ines so we were anxious to see how she did. I am so excited to finally find my "go to" salon in Atlanta. Since I moved to Atlanta less than a year ago I have been to multiple salons and I haven't found one where I walk out genuinely happy with the services. 'Rising Star' Jennifer did an incredible job of fixing my epic fail of box dyed roots. I was a golden blonde with very poorly self-dyed roots and she did an absolutely amazing job of transforming my hair into an ash blonde with light highlights. I got an appointment with a senior stylist who was willing to see me, and $85 & tip later, walked out with the worst haircut of the last 10 years. Was it revenge for inconveniencing her? Just had my first experience at this salon with an AMAZING stylist named Angela. She was extremely talented and personable! She was correcting a terrible cut i had received from DIFFERENT but well known salon in the general area that I had been growing out for the past few months. She immediately put me at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. I knew I was in good hands when we discussed potential styles and options. She listened to all of my concerns and gave me her best advice. My hair was washed by a person named Yesenia who was just as personable and friendly. Figured I would give this place a shot for a men's haircut because it was convenient and nicer than the barber shop next door. I liked the haircuts I got, but was charged $50 and $70 the 2nd trip... I think that is way too expensive for a men's haircut, so unfortunately I probably won't be going back. read more

I had the WORST experience ever at Keri Gold Salon yesterday! I was told the stylist who was going to cut my hair was experienced! Unfortunately, I had to stop her midway from continuing to butcher my hair. Keep in mind, I have long straight hair so the cut was nothing special. I now have a lopsided, uneven mess! Complete whack job! The manager suggested that I return the following day for another stylist to fix it. Unbelievable! read more

Do not go here. Terrible place. Two terrible recent experiences with two different people here. First, had my daughter's hair cut here and she got home and found random long strands of hair and when she tried to part her hair in them middle instead of on the side, it was too long on one side. Terrible cut. Then, we gave it another try for a simple blow dry - I paid $68 and when she got home she had to wash it and redo it because it was so greasy looking from all of the product the gal put in it. I wanted to update my review as I've been the the salon a few times now. Every time it has been so nice and relaxing. Ines is amazing and does consistent wonderful cuts for me. My mom was visiting and Ines cut her hair also. She was in tears bc she loved it so much. If you go see Ines you will leave 100% happy and look amazing. Salon: It's located in a strip mall next to Publix. but once you get inside it's like being in a spa. It's quiet and beautiful. And the pro of it being in a strip mall is easily finding parking! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. It has a nice selection of products including kerastase which works so well with my hair. I had my hair cut by Ines. In summary, she is amazing!!! I recently moved to Atlanta and my hair was a mess. From moving a lot I know that it can take some trial and error to find a good stylist. And I am so relieved that I don't need to look any further. Ines practices dry cutting. So what that means is she dries and flat irons your hair section by section before cutting so she can see all the details and make it perfect. I have a lot of wavy/difficult hair and she made it look exactly how I wanted (this is amazing to me bc I usually have to build a relationship w a stylist before they get everything perfect). It's soooo much more manageable now and I feel like Ines gave me a good hair style, not just a cut. In fact, it's the best cut I've had since going to the Marianne Strokirk salon in Chicago (featured in Oprah). My appointment lasted an hour and she was cutting/shaping my hair the entire time.
