I was like "oh wait I am not sure what I did wrong, I just don't understand why I would need them" they said we need you to leave. And he kicked me out, 9 months pregnant and all. I have never ever been treated like that before in my life, just incase some of you might have questions about your teeth - they don't tolerate that at all. So wild, not educating the patience or helping them get the right care. My husband called saying hey why are you treating my wife like this and the doc said I am twisting the words and was argumentative just to argue (that's not my personality). I have never met a doctor who does not appreciate question. In all sincerity I was actually trying to understand, but they clearly didn't like that. Really wished they treated me more kind. And I kind want people to know what to expect coming to this place, so that's why I am Leaving this review. I have excellent teeth, but go for cleanings every 3 to 4 months to take care of my gums. On this visit, I was told I must get X-rays, fine no big deal. But when I did not want them the senior hygienist were essentially yelling at me. I will not name any names but the doctor essentially told me go somewhere else... He then sent me a letter" Thank you for visiting the practice you're going to need to find a new dentist" Wow that's after I already indicated I would find a new dentist. Thanks for the going away letter. I agreed to the X-rays because I needed a cleaning, my "new" hygienist loved to berate me the entire appointment commenting on my gums not being perfect or my slightly crooked bottom teeth. Mind you my teeth with the exception of 4 bottom teeth are perfectly straight. She told me to get bottom braces not once but 4 times. The doctor who sent me the lovely going away letter, who I've gone to for over 8 years spent about 15 seconds with me at my appointment. Instead of calling me to address my negative experience or even apologizing to keep my business, he sent a letter " Thank you for visiting our practice. Going forward your going need to find a new dentist". Going forward with this type of incredibly bad interaction , he will need to find new patients. To treat a long term patient like I'm disposable because they are too busy to deal with me, is just how unprofessional and terrible they acted towards me. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted by Kiannie, Johana, and Brandon, who are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They really set the tone for every visit. Dr. Georges is truly one of the nicest and most down-to-earth doctors I've ever met. From the beginning, he took the time to really listen to my concerns about straightening my teeth, replacing missing teeth, and achieving a natural, cosmetic look with veneers. He created a thoughtful, long-term plan alongside his treatment coordinator Kiannie (who is awesome, by the way), where I started with orthodontics, kept up with my routine cleanings, and then returned for veneers. During my journey, I was seen by Katie and Madison for cleanings, and they are by far the best hygienists I've ever had. They were always attentive, checked in on my orthodontic progress, and made sure I stayed on track with my treatment plan. After a year in orthodontics, I was finally ready for veneers, and Dr. Georges made the entire process incredible. I had been dealing with fillings and bonding for years, and I knew I wanted something more permanent. He took such great care in giving me my dream smile, and the results exceeded my expectations. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the assistants--Daniel, Liz, and Tiaira--who are absolutely amazing. They are attentive, professional, and always make sure I'm comfortable throughout every visit. The level of care and quality of dentistry I've received here is truly out of this world. This entire office operates at such a high level, I genuinely believe they are among the top in the country. I couldn't recommend them more!

The day of my free consultation with Dr. Georges Raffoul was the beginning of my life changing…read morejourney. My teeth were at a critical point and needed either a massive overhaul of repairs, or complete artificial replacement (do all you can NOT to give up and have all your teeth pulled). When I came partially informed about procedures and asked questions, he listened to me and told me to take my time to express my thoughts and concerns. I knew he had several patients in other rooms at the time, but he listened patiently. That's when I knew I had my guy. My work involved keeping as many natural teeth as possible. He placed new beautiful crowns on damaged teeth, and replaced old failing crowns from long ago. Three new implants were inserted and gave life back to areas that would normally have required a bridge. When the work was complete, I don't mind telling you that I was overcome with emotion. I have lived with sub-par teeth my whole life, no matter the amount of preventative care I invested in them. Through my various visits, I couldn't help to notice that EVERY technician that worked with me was an artist. Each one of them was a perfectionist and took pride in their area of responsibility...and they all did it with genuine care and concern. I have never experienced a more unified and friendly medical office in my life. If you too are at a point where you thought of giving up and doing a desperate dental action, STOP. Get away from your current dentist because they have already failed you. Call this office for a consultation. You can thank me later.
