After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

I normally like to stay positive about companies because people have livelihoods but I'm also real…read more I went to this location because I had a catastrophic fuel leak where both my fuel pump and line rusted off and this company gladly took my truck back into the shop but as soon they saw some rot that was nowhere near the area of service and totally refused to fix the truck due to liability and saving their a**es and a week minimum to boot, AND on top of everything still charged me $60 just to look at the truck. I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.
