I changed insurance and asked they initially helped. Today took an hour off work and had to get it approved only to find out that they could not do the cleaning that they had recommended I needed for my annual cleaning. I had called delta dental to get it all fixed and they assured me that they faxed the approval only to wait for over an hour to be seen despite have an appointment scheduled and had spoken with the rep twice and confirmed my approval was at their office , only to not get much done other than x ray and my teeth viewed. If the rep was more transparent that would have been great to let me know that they had to wait for it to get billed. Instead I was surprised because I was expecting to get a cleaning not just X-rays. Also lately they give me looks and make me feel unwelcomed. I'm new and need clarity on things so I should not feel like I'm being annoying just for asking questions when I am not well Informed on how hmo and ppp works and just switched insurance. I also work in customer service and understand that some people need more time than others I would hope they would be more patient but some of them make me feel stupid for asking for clarity on things. If you work in customer service and with patients there should be more high level of care and empathy. Also it seemed more like they wanted to leave early. If they would have been forthright and said hey theirs a fire and we will have to reschedule due to our employees safety so we will have to reschedule you sorry for the inconvenience but instead they made it seem like it was my error when they were the ones who told me I needed a cleaning. Instead they made me feel like it was my error. The reason I am frustrated is because I had taken the time off on something they said I needed. And a lot of back and forth going on. Now I need a crown which they had told me prior but now that I am ready and want things done on two appointments they seem to tell me it's up to the dentist discretion. Just frustrated and feel that they need better communication with patients as I had taken my time off off of work come here and not get the work done that I was told I needed. Please do better and provide better communication and clarity.

I had gone in there for a 2nd time as my filling was still bothering me from the first time I got it done and even getting it looked at after the first time I still had pain and discomfort. The quality of care is unmatched as there is no wait time, appointment times are respected and efficient.
