Went there over the weekend to do laundry, I like that they are open until 9pm. Washers take about 30 minutes which is great and the dryers dry quickly. Prices are affordable too, I was happy. Haven't tried drop off service though. read more

I use the drop off service regularly. It's the cheapest in the neighborhood and the hours are really late so I can pick up when I get home as its only a block away. The staff here are really super friendly and always go above and beyond - I'm especially impressed by this as English is not their first language. Parking is plentiful. My only complaints are: 1) they advertise a pickup/delivery service yet everytime I ask about it I get " oh talk to the lady". I don't know who the lady is but she's killing me! Pick up my stuff! 2) sometimes, not often, but sometimes my laundry comes back with stains I didn't recognize- I don't know if they are happening at the laundry or I'm a slob and didn't realize?? As a single guy, I'll just throw that tshirt out and buy another. Also, they don't always put uniforms and dress pants on hangers meaning you have to rewash with special instructions or iron the item yourself. My suggestion- if you have items like that tell them when u are dropping off so they can make a note of it read more

The past few times I have been there, I would say half the washing machines and dryers were out of order! Some machines were full from people who are inconsiderate that may come back to unload them whenever! Also in this scorching heat,no air conditioning!? I have been using this place for more than 4 years its getting very neglected! Not to mention some use it as a playground for their out of control kids! its a shame! read more

They have the largest washing machine capacities on Staten Island. They are reasonably priced and have drop off service. They're open really late, 7 days a week and and plenty of parking. read more

Do not drop your clothes off at this establishment. I didn't have time to do laundry so I dropped it off and all my kids jeans and sweatshirts which are all under armor and Nike are missing. I called up and went there and the manager tells me I lost my own clothes? Are you serious? And then she tells me I'm nasty and screaming? Who wouldn't be screaming if you drop off laundry and you pick it up and find 1 pair of jeans no socks and missing sweatshirts and then they tell you to check your car and maybe you should do your own laundry? I asked for the owners phone number and they said they don't have it. Well I see it's not the first time this has happened. And I wonder if the people that work there are legal because they can't even speak English. read more

I have decided to finally write a review, after 3 weeks of games I am over it and am hoping this review results in the manager finally contacting me. I have called several times a week looking to speak with the manager regarding my clothes going missing. Apparently no one in the store has contact information for the manager nor the managers schedule - did I mention the manager is apparently also never in. A bag of my clothes were given to another customer 3 weeks ago with well over $500 worth of clothing, I was told to bring the bag back so the manager could look into it and call me back, I did as I was requested but was never contacted regarding my clothes. Apparently the laundry mat has a client that is an older gentleman that has my clothing. It's pretty ironic that I was requested to leave my contact information when dropping off my clothes but this "regular customer" didn't leave his number and only comes in on Thursdays. However, he has not shown up the last three Thursdays and my clothes are still missing. After 2 weeks of fighting with the same woman that is there everyday about the manager not calling me someone called and offered a couple of free washes. Since I was not home when the so called manager called my boyfriend took the message for me. I have called back and the same story, no one know when the manager is coming in, no one knows the managers contact information, no one knows anything but that I call everyday and that they can't help me. I would never recommend this place to another consumer as they have completely neglected the fact that my stuff is gone, there has been no action taken to correct the inconvenience this has caused, and its been three weeks and I am still waiting to see when this so called manager will pop out of a bush and contact me. It only gets better as now when I call the woman picks up tells me she doesn't have time for me to stop calling and hangs up. I wish I could stop calling this place, if only the manager would call me. read more

DONT USE THE DROP OFF SERVICE HERE. I am now stuck sitting at the laundromat every couple weeks with time I dont have do to laundry due to Kerrie's losing an entire bag of my clothes. Had a very pleasant experience with this place. Just moved to the area and decided to give them a shot. A little more expensive than other laundromats, but everything came back very organized and folded (drop off service). Would go back! read more
