They treat their customers with no respect. The owner can be extremely nasty. I've seen his nasty side a few times with different customers. I had my own incident with him as well. His machine dirtied my clean sheets that I had just washed when it got stuck in the dryer holes. To be fair, I will mention that he did allow me to wash it again free of charge, but having already dried it as well, I also inquired about the dryer charge. He answered me in a very nasty way, asking if he had to pay for drying too...? He then threw three quarters my way and continued to complain under his breath. If I had known that would have been his reaction, I would have just taken the loss. I was so embarrassed. Another incident took place with one of his employees. While my clothes were washing, she started cleaning the machine my clothes were in, spraying water and using a brush to clean out the dispenser. All the grime was going down on my clothes. I asked her to please wait until my clothes was finished washing and she outright refused and kept on cleaning. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. I stopped going on the days she works there but my patience with the place has definitely run out. The other lady turns the light offs on you and make you feel like you are committing a crime if you go just five minutes past closing time. I'm definitely on the lookout for another laundry mat.

I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want. The message is clear: it doesn't matter what I want. They will do whatever they feel like and charge me extra for it. Completely irresponsible and careless launderers.

Pretty cheap dry considering how huge they are They have plenty of machines. I can't speak for weekend but weekday afternoons/night, always plenty available machine. Huge washers can handle about 3-4 regular loads of clothes or full bedding set/large blankets You get a laundry card from the card machine. You can use cash or debit/credit card but paying with card there is a small fee. The card machines are both in English and Spanish. Sometimes I struggle to add value as the machine does not read it right. Customer service I don't use the drop off option but there is always at least one employee working For the first time, I had an issue where the machine was stuck and not draining water. The nice employee lady noticed me on her own (while busy folding laundry) that I was having issue. She quickly understood the situation? went to the back to turn the machine off to drain water, put the machine out of service, and compensated me by instantly offering to use their own card for the new second wash in another machine. The owner works hard to keep the washers in working order and recently replaced all the dryers with up-to-date models. There's plenty of space for folding your clothes and they also do a good job with dry cleaning. If you live in St. George, I can't think of a better place to take your clothes.
