I test drove a CX-5 and CX-30 with my friend. Didn't love the 30 due to the size but was interested in the 5. Unfortunately, most other customers had the same idea and they didn't have the model I wanted. Even so the staff tried to show me a few other similar models that might work and even offered to notify me when one came. Amazing deal, great service, Taeshawn Graves was an excellent salesperson. I already knew the vehicle I wanted, worked with Taeshawn on the numbers before I even walked in the door. Signed the paperwork at the agreed upon numbers for my new lease on a Mazda CX-90. Was in and out within 10 minutes with the finance department, no issues at all. They want your money as long as you are standing in front of them, but don't ever expect their attention if you want their help to buy out a leased vehicle from you got from them. I left a message well before 10am this morning and never got a return call until well after 5pm and that was after I called and complained and was told they were too busy to take my call. Kerry Mazda is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I wish to God I had never strayed from Airport Ford, where I have purchased over 5 new vehicles in my life. What was I thinking of. Not a honest establishment. Came here with my GF as she wanted to test drive a Cx-30. They had a base model but she wanted a premium. We were told that they had one due into the dealership in two weeks. She could put a $500 deposit on the vehicle and it would be hers when it arrived. Basically what happened was the salesman told her that she would have to pay $2500 for an "optional" 6 year warranty that only covered the interior. They tried to slip this by her in the breakdown and I caught what they were trying to do. He and his sales manager than took attitude and said they wouldn't sell her the vehicle unless she bought the "optional" warranty. As you can imagine we told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Very rude and shady. I'd stay away and not do business with these people. read more

*** Local Business Alert *** Today I had my oil changed at Kerry Mazda. I had an 8am appointment, and at 9:45 had to ask if the car was almost done They brought it out a few minutes later, and the service manager tells me they found a few "safety" items. First, the drive belt tensioner is very loose, and the drive belt is shot. Completely frayed and scored, and he wouldn't recommend driving it that way. The estimate for the repair was $370. Also, there is a big oil leak (funny that I'm not losing oil) and they believe that the valve cover gasket and the side cover gasket should be replaced, at a cost of $950. Finally, he recommended that the spark plugs need to be replaced in a tuneup that he could offer at $170. I told him to ring me up for the oil change ($40) and I'd be on my way. I drove the car to NRP Tire & Auto in Florence. I trust Shannon Smith after having a couple repairs done there. The guys took the car back to the garage, and 20 minutes later told me that 1) the belt tensioner was not loose, 2) the drive belt showed no signs of fraying, scoring, or unusual wear, 3) there was a small oil leak that a new valve cover gasket should resolve, at a cost of $150, and 4) he reminded me that the spark plugs had been replaced last year. Be careful when your auto dealership service department tells you that repairs are needed. Take the car to a trustworthy local business like NRP Tire & Auto. my mom is a 83 yr old women with a 2017 mazda Miata with no miles on it but yet you try to push her into oil all the time when it's absolutely not necessary your calls make her think she needs oil changes all the time . I had a fantastic experience with Cameron at Kerry Mazda. I moved out to Cincinnati from California last year. My dad has worked in the car business for years, so usually I purchase/lease cars through him. With my lease coming to an end, I knew I needed a new car but was wary of having to deal with dealerships. Thankfully, I had a wonderful experience at Kerry Mazda. Cameron was laid back, not at all pushy, and very friendly. The sales manager and finance director went the extra mile to get me the best deal and financing possible. This place never ceases to amaze me with their poor excuse for customer service. 1 hour 15 minutes for a scheduled oil change is borderline ridiculous. I've also had incidents in the past in which I had my scheduled appointments be pushed aside for someone they felt was more important. If we decide to turn in our vehicle after the lease, it can be 100% be blamed on the service department. read more

This has been a tough dealership to work with. My new Mazda 3 had a strong fuel smell so I dropped it off last week. They had it for multiple days and said there wasn't an issue. I picked it up and was immediately hit with gas fumes . I took another day off to take it to Jake Sweeney Mazda. Within one hour they identified a leaking injector. It was leaking bad enough that they said they were afraid to start the car. They are getting it fixed for me since Kerry Mazda would not. I stopped in here to test drive a CX-5 Grand Touring. The salesman did not offer or bother to tell me anything about the car or even walk out to it with me. On one hand it was extremely low pressure, on the other, if I'm going to spend $30,000 on a vehicle, it would be nice if someone seemed like they cared to tell me anything about it. He also put me in one with an additional package on it without mentioning it, I only figured that out when I later looked online to determine why the price he quoted was so much higher than I anticipated for the particular trim I asked to try. I actually came back another day to ask to drive it again and for someone to go over the vehicle with me. This was a different salesman who also seemed entirely disinterested in working with me, and was nowhere to be found when I returned from test driving. I actually had to go looking for anyone to return the key fob to, as there were no employees in the showroom at all. I bought my previous Mazda 10 years ago from Kings Mazda, and had I felt compelled to continue pursuing the CX-5, I would have driven back up there to complete the process, as Kerry did nothing to earn my business, and would not be a place I'd want to continue to come to for service or any other needs. I have heard negative things about this dealership from multiple people, and now I know why. I ended up going across the street and purchasing a new Honda instead. (Of note: I loved my Mazda 3 that I had for ten years and still would absolutely recommend considering a Mazda, but would not recommend bothering to attempt to do so with this dealer). read more

The car we told them we wanted to come see was "in the shop" when we arrived. Naturally, higher priced cars were available. The dealership misled us about our warranty--we told them the car was going with my son to college (so wouldnt be in the area for oil changes, etc). The salesman assured us not an issue, buy the warranty. We did and when we were leaving, we got an "oh, by the way, the car has to come here ONLY for oil changes, etc in order for your warranty to be vaild." Had we known that, we wouldnt have bought that car--or that warranty. It starts hard (hiccups) and we were told it was just sitting a while and would be fine. We were told the vehicle was inspected and nothing wrong with it. When it was diagnosed at Auto Zone, they told us if the car was truly inspected, they would have found the cause of the hiccup. The man I talked to at the dealership about the issue was rude and tried to 'mansplain' the warranty to me. No, you lied. Just own up to it. They also filed the registration late (because we live in IN and they are in KY) and didnt follow the correct steps. We were charged a late fee. When I took it in for an oil change (that we thought was free) we were charged $10 more. All they said was 'oops'. I havent gotten a call back on that issue either. DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

Went in for a couple recalls on my car, I set an appointment at 8 in the morning to have everything looked at and fixed they greeted me very nice AT FIRST they told me it might take a couple days to fix everything it was no big deal TILL I received my car back from them and the whole front in sounded like it was shot they were only supposed to fix my ball joints and control arms somehow my car sounded and handled better before it ever stepped in their garage I called back and asked them about it the guy over the phone had a nice tone and said he was sorry for the inconvenience and they told me to come back the next day and said that it will be a quick fix the next day I came in and I wasn't greeted with the same person over the phone he got aggravated that I told him what was going on and then he told me honestly he wouldn't even touch my car the same day that it would be a couple of days until he got around to it read more
