And they treat you with the upmost respect that I have ever seen from any Medical Office. When I got the estimate of benefits from my insurance it was not billed as a physical. I called the office and they told me it was an office visit because I discussed hormones at the physical. I am a 55-year-old women and hormones are part of my body and physical health. If that is not included in a routine physical to discuss it, that is a problem. When a doctor ask you how you've been feeling you tell them. When calling the office to try to find out why I was billed this way nobody wanted to help me. I was referred from person to person. Finally I was told that I needed to write a dispute letter. I should not have to write a dispute letter when I scheduled a routine physical and they charged me something else. If they were going to charge something else, I should have been informed. I will never go back to that office! I will also fight this!

Friendly, attentive, and fun. Got all of the information in an organized way. Dr. Yamin is efficient, organized, yet warm and with good bed-side manners. She was attentive to details, asked the right questions, and was clear that she wanted us back in two weeks to go over blood panels. We are very pleased and greatly recommend her and these offices.

I've had a full lumbar fusion but in the last 10 years things have begun to break down again. When I started coming here almost two years ago the first thing they did was begin weaning me off pain meds. I didn't mind that if they could find something or something's that really worked. So now I have finally begged for some pain meds. They have prescribed only a very small amount and none of the procedures have worked. What's more every new thing to try is at minimum a three month wait. I don't believe this clinic has ever heard my pain. They have left me isolated, unable to have any sort of social life. I have Addison's disease and was told this is the best endocrine center in town. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that reputation. I had a scheduled appointment canceled after I arrived because lab work had not been done--lab work that was never ordered or communicated to me in advance. Between January 20-23, I called the office repeatedly trying to obtain a doctor's note to return to work and guidance on emergency injection protocols. I was placed on hold, disconnected, or unable to get help multiple times. I have call logs documenting these attempts. For patients with adrenal insufficiency, timely communication is not optional--it is a safety issue. The lack of responsiveness and administrative coordination was deeply concerning. I hope this office reviews its processes, because patients with complex endocrine conditions deserve far better.
