I had a root canal done and was looking for an experienced dentist who could provide a temporary crown without being unreasonably expensive. I called as a brand-new patient, and even though her office was busy, they still fit me in--which I really appreciated. My dental situation was definitely more complicated than most, but Dr. Kashani took the time to carefully assess everything and strategically build a treatment plan for me. Today she did my temporary crown, and I was honestly impressed--it looked just as good as my natural teeth, and I barely felt any discomfort, even during the local anesthesia. She also went above and beyond by considering my insurance coverage, what I'd be paying out of pocket, and balancing aesthetics with practicality. That level of detail and care gave me full confidence I was in the right hands. Her office is modern, clean, and conveniently located, with plenty of street parking as well as a lot behind the building. The staff is warm, professional, and friendly--they made me feel comfortable right away. As a nice bonus, they even sent me home with a goodie bag! Overall, I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Kashani. It was my first time here and I was impressed by how organized and thorough everything was…read more Google Maps threw me a little off because it was telling me to enter into the parking for physicians only, but if you follow the signs themselves, you'll find the correct parking for patients. I turned into a huge multi-story parking garage that's right across from the emergency room, which is where I needed to go. When I entered the emergency room, I was first met by security who searched my bag. Next, I was sent to a window where someone asked the reason for my visit. Then I was handed a piece of paper to fill out with my info. I then had to get in line to turn my paper in at another window. The person there also made a copy of my ID card and put a bracelet around my wrist. I then had to sit back in the waiting area until my name was called. After my name was called, I was sent into an exam room where my vitals were taken and I was again asked about my symptoms. From there, I was sent to another counter where they asked for my insurance and I was handed a "passport" card that let me know how far along I was in having my case processed. I was sent down the hall to the right where they then took my blood and urine. From there, a doctor took me into an exam room where more tests were done specific to my case. Afterwards, I was sent back into the waiting room to wait for my results. I realized they had sent me in a big clockwise loop that brought me back to where I started. The first doctor I encountered was while the nurse was checking my vitals. I didn't even realize he was on my case. I thought he was just on break. It was only when the nurse spoke to him that I figured out he was listening in the whole time. At first he seemed dismissive because at that point I had told the nurse my pain level had gone down to 0, but when I told him prior to that I had never felt pain like that before, he went ahead and asked for further tests to be taken. The second doctor was casual, easy going, and chatty both to me and the nurse who assisted him. The first test he did wasn't showing anything, but the second test revealed what was afflicting me. If he hadn't been so thorough, those things might have been missed. The most important thing is that both doctors weren't quick to dismiss my case. Otherwise, it would've been a domino effect of something getting missed and getting worse. However, since they went forward to genuinely try and figure out what was wrong with me, the domino effect now is I know what's wrong with me and now I need to figure out how to fix it. The hours of waiting weren't the best. It was only towards the end that I realized there was free WiFi that didn't require a password. However, the passport card they gave me did tell me how long each test would take. What I didn't realize was it meant the wait time wasn't for getting the tests themselves, but the wait after. Still, I'd rather they run the tests properly instead of rushing through them and missing something. All that time waiting, I was also holding it in to go to the restroom because I was afraid I'd miss them calling out my name. It was again only towards the end that I realized the restroom was around the corner from where security was and they call out your name loud enough so that you can hear it even if you're in the restroom. I also recommend bringing a light jacket. The day I came it was hot, but after hours of waiting in the waiting room or being examined in the exam rooms, I was shivering. It got to the point the doctor thought I was scared. The last snag I had was when I was finally out and trying to leave the parking garage. I kept scanning my ticket, but the screen wasn't reading it. It also did a weird thing where half the screen was cut off. I got out of my car, but couldn't find an attendant anywhere. It was only when I was gesturing to the car behind me that the machine wasn't working that an attendant came to reset it. I hope that nothing bad enough happens again where I'm forced to visit another emergency room, but at least I know that this one is nearby and I feel confident enough in them from this past experience to feel like I'm in good hands if I do have to return.

Let's start with the facility itself. It is outdated, unappealing, and, more importantly, DIRTY. We have literally had to request that rooms be cleaned when there was BLOOD on the floor. In a hospital, of all places, basic cleanliness and sanitation should never be something a patient or family has to ask for. The lack of communication between physicians is equally disturbing. There appears to be no cohesive plan of care. One doctor adds a medication, another removes it, another adds three more, and meanwhile the patient and family are left trying to figure out what is happening and why. Communication with families is practically nonexistent. We witnessed a physician complete a procedure and immediately sprint out of the area without speaking to the family or answering questions. The surgical nurse was unable to answer even basic questions and repeatedly referred us back to the doctor--the same doctor who does not round, follow up, or make himself reasonably available to discuss the patient's care. Our experience with Dr. Sheinin in particular was terrible. Of all the physicians we encountered, our experience with him was by far the worst. His lack of communication, horrid bedside manner, and follow-up was completely unacceptable. If anyone in hospital administration or on the board reads these reviews, I sincerely hope you take a serious look at the concerns patients and families are raising about the care and communication they receive. And then there is the staff culture. Multiple nurses, across different departments, openly complained to the patient about being underpaid, frustrated with management, and unhappy working there. Whatever legitimate workplace concerns employees may have, an ill and vulnerable patient who is dependent on you for care should NOT be placed in the middle of them. When someone is hospitalized, their family is already scared, exhausted, and trying to advocate for them. They should not also have to chase doctors, coordinate communication between medical teams, request basic cleaning, and repeatedly beg for answers about the care being provided. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this hospital. I would never voluntarily bring myself or someone I love here again.

When I made my appointment, I was explicitly told over the phone that they accepted CareCredit. When I arrived, however, I was told they could not accept it for my consultation because the charge was under $250. There seems to be confusion between the minimum transaction amount required for promotional financing and the minimum amount required to use a CareCredit account. Those are not the same thing. During my consultation, I was told that I was not a candidate for the procedure I had been referred for and that I would instead need an extraction. I was understandably devastated, but proceeded with the necessary imaging so I could understand my options. That imaging was over $200 but, conveniently, still below their alleged $250 minimum for CareCredit. I was then given a treatment estimate of over $5,000. I was told that the periodontist had spoken with my primary dentist and that my dentist would be calling me to discuss the situation and possible options. I specifically said I wanted to speak with him before agreeing to any further treatment. Despite following up, I never received that call, so I have no idea what was actually discussed. The billing experience was equally frustrating. Before I left, I was repeatedly asked to pay for the imaging, but was told I could not use CareCredit. No one offered to combine the consultation and imaging charges so that the total could be processed through CareCredit. Instead, I was directed toward other payment options. I declined and left the balance unpaid. I have since seen other reviews mentioning concerns about billing transparency, and unfortunately, my experience reinforced those concerns. I am happy to pay any legitimate remaining balance using CareCredit, as I was told when I scheduled that this office accepted it. I am certain that CareCredit's merchant department will address whether this office's payment practices comply with their agreement. One final note: the office is located in a dilapidated building that is currently under construction. Given the cost of these services, I was surprised that there was no dedicated patient restroom, only a single women's restroom in the hallway shared by other businesses. I waited for nearly 10 minutes for the person occupying the restroom to come out, and then gave up and stopped elsewhere on my way home.

Every appointed they rescheduled because some machine in their office wasn't working literally . STAY AWAY , even if your face hurts because of your teeth do NOT run the risk of letting these people ruin your mouth/teeth or credit The front desk girl is especially guilty for lying to the customers/ patients . She doesn't care about your safety or how you feel . She's there to generate them income. That's her main function to harrass and badger the clients until they finally give in to the lies she's saying . All the while the main dentist leaves you in the chair while front desk girl is running the scheme . They're all complicit . Not sure how they've managed to get away with this for so long and the manager...Be extremely cautious when giving her any information, she's dangerous . They left me with a fake tooth in the "meanwhile" . They offer discounts if you write a 5 star that's why they seem to have high reviews but they're purchased reviews , they offered me the same deal before I received any treatment LOL. I had a colonoscopy last week by Dr. Kasher and could not be any happier with the whole process. He described the different preps for the night before and what to expect the day of the procedure. While the prep wasn't a walk in the park, the colonscopy itself was seamless. I was given the perfect amount of sedation to not remember or feel anything and woke up to good news from Dr. Kasher saying everything was normal. He even called me the next day to check on me, and a few days after to report some more good news about the biopsy results. Overall, I've definitely found my GI doctor and have already encouraged my family and friends to get their colonsocopy screenings with him. I recently had gum recession surgery with Dr. Sedler, and I cannot recommend her enough. I was so…read morenervous about the experience, but from start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations (if that's even possible for a gum recession procedure!). She has a gift for communication -- she explained everything thoroughly so I always felt informed, while at the same time shielding me from unnecessary worry during the procedure. She talked me through the entire procedure in such a calm and reassuring way that I felt comfortable the whole time. Her assistant was equally wonderful -- so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. Together, they made me feel genuinely cared for as a patient, not just another appointment. Sometimes it feels rare to find a doctor/dentist who has great technical skill and offers such compassion, and I feel truly grateful to have been in her care. If you're looking for a periodontist, I highly highly recommend Dr. Sedler and her team!

They say they are "running behind" again. It's interesting to notice that they have a sign in the waiting room that they can reschedule u if u r more than 15 minutes late. I guess that rule only applies one way. Very frustrating place to deal with. I wish I could find another office but this is a worker's comp case so I am stuck.
