As I sat waiting, she made my two smothies, mind you was the same just two different sizes, a pretzel and a frozen waffle. That took over 10 minutes, the whole time still talking to the boy. Yes I said it a frozen waffle. If I wanted to pay for a frozen waffle, I'd go to the store and buy one. I haven't been back in since and was so disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes after I got a notification that my online order was ready. On top of her crappy service, she gave me a frozen waffle in my bag. I over tipped online and I'll never do that again. She didn't even deserve a peso. The store started filling up while I was waiting and everyone lined up seemed to be bothering her for wanting a smoothie. You had one young girl working, if you could even call that working. I have steered away from my kids ordering from here after their dental visits and after their weekly sports. Just a message to management: Please train the kids that work for you. That you pay them to take care of your customers not to treat everyone like we are a nuisance to her and her boyfriend.

Go directly to Costco and get it for $1.50 instead. Grilled cheese- I realize we ordered takeout but this is the soggiest grilled cheese I've ever eaten. The cheese was rubber and the bread was like wet cardboard. Hamburgers- the patties were mid. Hard to tell if they were Costco beef patties but they probably were. They were also soggy and smothered in a watery copy of McD Big Mac sauce. Fries- ordered crispy and got frozen fries from a bag that were super soggy. Chili cheese fries- same as the fries above but added canned chili and canned cheese. Onion rings- previously frozen maybe Oneida onion rings from a bag. Cheaper to buy and make yourself. Corn dog- my daughter liked it but she likes the corn dogs that come in the freezer section at Safeway which this is exactly like. To sum it up- if you're getting any food, I'd go elsewhere. I'm sure the ice cream is good though given the other reviews. Maybe in person the French fries wouldn't be so soggy they disintegrate in your hands. The food was gross and overpriced for being what it was - resold frozen food items and Costco hot dogs. I thought this was like old school drive in diner food but it's not. Again, partially my fault for not reading the reviews on yelp and not just see a good rating and assume the food would be ok.
