Wow been a 2yrs since last review but nothing has changed. It's still 5 stars . I have been in a couple times this month and every time I walk in I'm greeted immediately by the staff. Always super nice and friendly and ready to take your order. I usually get the same thing most of the time PB&J and it's so good . I kinda forget about this place because I frequent yogurt beach next door. Is it any healthier? No clue but it is a good mix up, and the teens working are friendly and efficient. hello disappointed in this specific location of the other 3 locations, ive been to, staff puts the chamoy inside the cup for the mello mangonada for that addicting flavor/taste the drink does not taste the same or have the same consistency as other locations im a regular for this drink, and now the taste has been ruined can this specific location have the same consistency as others? :/ read more

First time ever being in Kev Juice. One of our best friends had a horrible accident and was in the hospital. My husband and me asked him what he would like us to bring him on our way to visit him. The South Meadows store provides juices and bowls very efficiently with solid customer service. Always helpful and friendly, the staff will explain the season specials and will gladly make substitutions. I know there are quite a few choices for smoothies, bowls and juice in South Reno, but for a quick and convenient stop, Keva is always a solid option. read more

Hard to rate a keva juice poorly because all the smoothies are generally good and pretty consistent but man I will never be back to this location. Swung by today for a quick smoothie and the two girls working were just terrible. We got greeted with an eye roll when we came in. Both employees were just incredibly rude and very unfriendly. Once our smoothies were done they just left them on the counter without saying anything or making any eye contact. We spent almost $20 on two smoothies which at the very least should come with an employee tolerating our existence for being there in the first place. read more

Bought this thinking it looked pretty natural to add to my smoothies, when checking out the total came to 38.99 for this bag. I got to my car and noticed that it was expired by over a month, the employee told me he can't give me a refund. I insisted I was not going to pay for something that was expired. He told me to grab a different bag, so I grabbed the other bag and it was expired by over three months. Pretty disgusting knowing that nuts go rancid. I would check the peanut butter crumbs that you are putting in people smoothies and all other powders you're serving people. The kid then told me the managers weren't there and there wasn't anything he could do so I had him call his manager. He still confirmed there was nothing he could do, but that they would be in tomorrow. I live on the other side of town and I'm not driving back to South Reno, gave me the manager's phone number so we will see what happens. Definitely feel like something that should be reported to the health department. read more

I love acai bowls and was excited to try this location in South Meadows parkway as it's not far away from my house. When I walked in around 2pm on a Sunday I was surprised how busy it was, with multiple people waiting. When I got up to the counter the employee on the register seemed a bit flustered. I ordered by bowls and stepped aside to wait out of the way. The wait did take a surprisingly long time, even after everyone had cleared out and it was just me in the store. When they finally handed me my two bowls I was caught off guard at how small they were. The price was $10/bowl (which is not terrible for acai) but the size looked more like a snack to me. They didn't even look like what was pictured on the menu, and it was served in styrofoam cups (yuck). I would have preferred to pay more for a larger portion size, but they only offer one size. In addition to the disappointment with the bowl size, I was super bummed to find the acai was totally melted. It was basically just acai soup :( Not a great experience and I don't think I'll be visiting again. read more

Just as good as before. This location, and chain, is always a first thought when I am craving something light and healthy. I love that they also have bad choices if I want to splurge - like pretzel bites with cheese! My latest favorite has been the Tahoe Blue - add chia seeds. I also love that they offer you a mix in so you can get a boost of Vitamin C, energy, focus, etc depending on what your day has you needing. Customer service is great here and they are always working hard and as fast as possible. read more

Another of my frequent haunts I've never thought to review. When I feel like crap and don't have an appetite but need calories, I crave a smoothie. I love the variety. They often have seasonal specials (every March they have a lime leprechaun sort of drink I love). I can add protein supplements, too, which helps me out nutrition wise. I tend to order online for pickup, but even in person, they are quick. They also are on the delivery apps if absolutely necessary. I also love soft pretzels, so I often make a lunch meal with that and a smoothie. The workers are always friendly, and they have a rewards system, as well as the franchise is locally owned, so you can feel great about supporting them. Simple review, but I've never had any issues at any of their locations. I know sherbert smoothies aren't super "healthy", but they certainly hit the spot for me. They have all fruit and low glycemic smoothies as well or you can make all fruit smoothies an option too. Will continue to support often. read more

Delicious! We went there for a quick snack and it was very good! I ordered the peanut butter chocolate, it is very comparable to the peanut butter chocolate love at Jamba Juice. The wait was not very long, very efficient in making order and it was delicious. The price was pretty expensive. It costs about 5 dollars for a small. The size of small isn't very big as well. I wanted to order a green juice but they didn't have any celery or cucumbers. I ended up ordering a mamango and it was delicious. UNTIL, I started working at the mall and only had 30 min lunches. And believe me- you can only have so much Starbucks. And smoothies felt like a nice change of pace. AND OH MY GOD! That Lavender Lush smoothie found me and rescued me from my endless iced mocha oblivion. It's refreshing, sweet, and delicious anytime of year. I'd also recommend their stuffed pizza pretzel. It's COMPLETELY different from the Auntie Anne's and tastes more baked, fluffy, and homemade. I'm only giving four stars because it IS pricey yall. $9 for a medium. Long waits for a smoothie. Conveniently located in the Smith's Grocery shopping center and a plus that it was open on a Sunday. I ordered the Tangerine Tantalizer with Orange and Guava Juice, Honey * Tangerine Emergen-C, Banana * Strawberries * Peaches and a freebie throw in of calcium and magnesium for stress relief. Yum! Cold, thick, creamy, not too sweet. A nice equivalent to an icee or milkshake but better. The girls working there were super nice and helpful. Surprisingly not crowded on a hot afternoon. Keva Juice is my go-to place to get smoothies, as I have a rewards deal there. I normally have pretty ok to good experiences with it. But today was one instance that didn't go that well. I ordered a medium smoothie, which was served in a styrofoam cup. Minutes after ordering it, the cup fractured and my smoothie spilled as soon as I was trying to drink it. I went back to ask for another smoothie, as I thought it was unfair I paid for something that l didn't get to drink because of cheap container material. Thankfully the two employees working there handled it professionally and got me another smoothie for free. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because I've never had this happen until now. But I hope this gives Keva Juice a wake-up call to stop using styrofoam cups. And it's especially egregious that the medium 24 oz size is served in styrofoam whereas the other sizes are all served in a plastic cup. read more

Stopped by for a smoothie with 2 girls working and was ignored at the counter for over 5min just standing there instead of one of them stopping for a second to take my order. Both girls walked by me several times without saying anything. Was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer, I see I'm not the only reviewer that has issues with these two girls working. I understand they may be your only people working but that shouldn't mean they get away with being so terrible!I hope these girls can be better trained to treat customers. read more

Keva foreva! I really like their menu offerings from fruits and veggies smoothies, to sugar free smoothies and all fruit smoothies. Their additions like swell, sassy, and so on are really nice boosts to your smoothie. My husband and I love heading down here to this location to get a quick pep in our step when we want something fresh, quick and convenient but not commercialized. We love that they offer açaí bowls! There other places in town that have this but Keva tastes the most authentic to me where the açaí is not overpowered by apple juice. Plus what's nice is that I can add açaí to any smoothie! Our favorites are the tangerine tantalizer and the Keva Kolada. Mmm the Kolada makes you holla! read more

Their smoothies are more as good as the Las Brisas store, notches main problem is their pretzels. They are always over heated and tough, and if you order salt bring your own. There is almost never more than a free grains of salt on them. read more

Came in last Saturday, and it was pretty busy. My husband and I both ordered a smoothie. There were two girls working and were in no rush to do anything. It took my husband and I almost an hour to get ONE smoothie. We needed up leaving without my smoothie because we were so fed up with waiting. I'm typically a Jamba Juice going well-intentioned idiot thinking it's the only place I should go to for liquid refreshments coming from Cali. Until my friend made me go here and my poor senses are awaken by their Tropical Ginger smoothie which is my go to drink for now.
