Considering that I am a huge fan of "Keva Juice" over their primary competitor and the more wildly and well-known Jamba Juice, this is actually the 4th different location I have been to in the greater Reno-Sparks metropolitan area. Located in a quiet strip mall directly off of Vista Blvd and adjacent to Baring Blvd/N. D'Andrea Pkwy, this particular Keva Juice opened its doors back in 2014. What I particularly enjoy about this location is the unique views from outside; busy Vista Blvd to the west and a view of the mountainous desert terrain to the east. My lady and I came here during the afternoon on Thursday 7/2/2026 at around 3:45pm. Since this was a few hours after lunch but still several hours before our dinner, this would be the perfect mid-afternoon snack to hold us through. Parking was not an issue as the neighboring businesses are that of an insurance company & dry cleaners (as of mid-2026). As for the interior layout of the business, it is a bit smaller than other Keva Juice locations but still offers limited seating in case you wish to enjoy your smoothie, bowl, or snack inside. Since it was a beautiful summer day and was feeling the tropical vibes, I went with their "Pineapple Splash Smoothie". This consisted of fresh pineapples, guava juice, bananas, strawberries and pineapple sherbet. My lady went with their "Strawberry Squeezer Smoothies" which included a blend of apple/guava juices, bananas, strawberries, non-fat vanilla yogurt, and raspberry sherbet. This place has a huge assortment (and a much bigger variety than Jamba Juice) with a ton of customizable creations. Service was above average as our smoothies were being made as soon as made our payment. I will say that the smoothies here never disappoint as my pineapple splash hit all the high notes. And having gone to their other locations (with above average service and selection) over the course of 7-8 years, this place has consistently done things the right way. However, I cannot speak much of the food items as I have yet to try their waffles, pretzels, pastries, and cookies. They do have fairly decent hours of operation being open weekdays 7am-9pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sunday 9am-8pm. And with an above average mobile app, they offer rewards and mobile pickup. With that said and done, I am giving the Sparks, NV "Keva Juice" a respectable four-star rating. read more

I hate writing bad updates especially when we've been on such a good streak. My last visit in was to pick up an online order for my kids after volleyball practice. The blonde girl working seemed bothered that I was waiting on my order in store after my I got a notification that it was ready. There were no other patrons in store, but a younger teenage boy sitting at the counter. I'm going to assume he was her boyfriend by their conversation. As I sat waiting, she made my two smothies, mind you was the same just two different sizes, a pretzel and a frozen waffle. That took over 10 minutes, the whole time still talking to the boy. Yes I said it a frozen waffle. If I wanted to pay for a frozen waffle, I'd go to the store and buy one. I haven't been back in since and was so disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes after I got a notification that my online order was ready. On top of her crappy service, she gave me a frozen waffle in my bag. I over tipped online and I'll never do that again. She didn't even deserve a peso. The store started filling up while I was waiting and everyone lined up seemed to be bothering her for wanting a smoothie. You had one young girl working, if you could even call that working. I have steered away from my kids ordering from here after their dental visits and after their weekly sports. Just a message to management: Please train the kids that work for you. That you pay them to take care of your customers not to treat everyone like we are a nuisance to her and her boyfriend. read more

I love Keva! Their smoothies are tasty and their pizza pretzels are my absolute favorite. I always add a scoop of protein, which bumps up the cup size. It makes me feel like I'm getting a deal lol I used to always order the Acai Allure, but they removed it from the menu awhile ago. The staff always assure me they can still make it, but it is always different every time unfortunately. This last visit will be the last time I order that drink. It was... terrible. I could barely drink it. It was curdled, super liquidy, and had a weird texture. I almost blame myself for ordering something no longer on the menu. This is our neighborhood Keva location. I use mobile ordering so I have never experienced the wait times others have. For me, mobile ordering makes it easy and convenient to order, customize, schedule and pay for my order. It's always been ready when I arrive. My kids love the blends like Mello Mango and Hawaiian Holiday, and Berry, Berry Good. Hubby and I are big fans of the Hangover smoothie! It's like medicine in a cup!!! I like offering my kids something that feels like a slushy treat but has actual fruit in it! Mom win. She was very rude while taking my order, and had a terrible attitude. Didn't even welcome us when we walked in to the store. Sweet Keva Juice. I'm from out of state and have never had the pleasure of tasting Keva prior to this year. If you like Jamba Juice you will LOVE KEVA JUICE. The place is very clean and sterile smelling like a jamba, but the options are so much better. Believe you me. The Oreo speedwagon is one of the best things to happen to Reno. Period. If you have a sweet tooth, they have it. If you want something healthy, they also have that. It's tough to get something low sugar at Jamba, not as difficult here. I was told they got it "2 minutes ago" when I had placed it 10 minutes before and had been sitting in the curbside spot watching three employees clean/close. No one other than me was here and I am disappointed no one checked the computer sooner, and I was not met with any apology when clearly had been waiting in my car right in front of the window for 10 minutes. An update so soon? Yup. It was needed. Why you ask? I went back yesterday to try their Dole Pineapple Whip. Soft serve that is nostalgia for anyone who has visited the Dole Plantation in Oahu or Disneyland. It's very hard to find outside of large tourist destinations so I was quite hesitant to believe it would be as delicious. I stopped in right after work since I was picking something up from a business in the same parking lot. I went in and asked about their size options. Lucky for me there was only 1 option. I was shown a clear plastic cup. For a little shy of $6 it seemed to be a reasonable fee. It was then handed to me, not only filled to the top, but a good 4 inches over the top of the cup! Pure delight! My eyes lit up in anticipation. I forced myself to take a picture before digging in. As soon as I took a bite I was transported back to Disneyland - sharing a cool bite on a hot day. Knowing I can obtain this locally is both exciting and dangerous. I had it last night and now I'd like to go get another one. A week ago, I made the mistake of visiting the location on Visa. The girl who took my order took a tone with me when I simply re-clarified that I wanted drink prepared without ice. Her response was a snarky, "I know." I watched her add a large scoop of ice into the pitcher; so I asked if that was my drink. she said it was; so I repeated that I would like the drink without ice. She proceeded to glare at me for a few seconds before turning to her coworker and whispering something. She turned back towards me and said, "I guess I'll remake it." I watched the second attempt closely from start to finish. At no point did she add mangoes, banana or honey. The drink (coconut ginger berry blast contains those ingredients according to the menu board. When she poured the drink into the cup, it was approximately 3.5 inches from being at the top. It tasted only like blueberries and ginger. I asked if she had forgotten to add the mangoes and bananas. She looked around suspiciously and said no. I mentioned that it's strange that I can't taste either flavor. Again; I watched the entire process and knew that those things were missing. it became obvious that she realized I knew she was not being honest. She asked if I wanted her to add mango and banana into my drink so I said yes. I have tried calling the store owner twice. Both times I was assured he ( Carson) would return my call. I'm guessing listening to a customer concern is not important to Carson. A place that charges $9 for a fruit drink ought to include all the ingredients and not scam/ shortchange customers. And they are out of bananas ....what's even worse is, they don't even tell me there's no bananas until after i order my drink(which contains bananas), pay for it and add a separate order of a bananarama. So if i wouldn't have ordered another order i would have never known my drink was going to be missing ingredients. How is a smoothie place out of bananas this early. And for almost 6 bucks a smoothie. You would think they could afford enough bananas and to fill the cup. My cup was only about 3/4 filled. It took over 30 mins to order and receive my drink. While it said I had two check-ins here, I can only recall just the most recent time. I don't do a lot of business or hanging out on this side of town. It's a little far from where I live. But I can say the one time I was here, the lady was super helpful. It was right about 1230 and I hadn't had lunch yet. I asked her what her most filling juice was, and she recommended the green something. (I suck with names). It was all delicious, until the ginger taste kicked in. The lady made the drink well, so it wasn't overpowering, I just don't like the taste of ginger. Next time I may order it without the ginger. The location wasn't very busy for a Friday midday. It was nice to be served within a reasonable time frame with a delicious drink. I wanted to try a monster smoothie. But what i seen was completely a very well disappointed visit an a reason that you'll never seeing me going back.....ever! Plus the management team there is a let down. But what disappointed me about my smoothie was the girl behind the counter wasnt really into providing good customer service an the smoothie that states it has MONSTER ENERGY DRINK in it well what i got was a splash! Or more a hint when she popped the can open. My jaw just dropped when she barely tips the can and then puts the rest in the frig down below and after the blending process I I questioned her an all she did was shrugged her shoulders an said to me "Its got Monster in it" I'm like your gonna sit there and charge almost 9 dollars for that an only gonna give me a hint. That's so wrong! An that's bullshit an should be posted! How much monster your going to get for the money spent. Misleading and just a sales tactic to get your hard earned money. The franchise owner should call customers back when it comes to complaints. I've picked up for DoorDash at this location a handful of times in the past and recently decided to try it for myself.. and when I say it's good, I mean GOOD! It's 100% understandable why so many people adore Keva Juice in general. You feel better after every drink and there's no sugar crash -- you actually stay productive throughout the day. Got a nice, fresh, clean smoothie after a filling Thanksgiving weekend, and it was exactly what I needed. The one I got (tropical dragon) had banana, raspberry, protein, pineapple, mango, and dragon fruit. It was really tasty! Nice way to clean out the body after lots of carbs and meat and desserts. Nice simple place to get a delicious fruit drink with various boosters. The server was courteous and quick; got my smoothie in just a few minutes, even behind other customers. Great breakfast or snack to get your daily veggies and fruit. They have extra items as well like baked goods, power bars, and energy drinks, which is a bit odd for a "health drink" establishment but I guess they are catering to more than just those wanting a clean drink. It's a bit more spendy than say Jamba juice, but it's likely because they're a smaller establishment or just have more expensive produce, etc. Still worth the price I think. read more
