If I could give 0 stars I would Honestly Keva is disappointing and disgusting. The smooothies have horrible consistency and taste horrible. They melt within 10 minutes. You're better off blending an old banana and some ice at home it'll be faster, cheaper, and probably taste better. The new owners can't run the store and it's pretty obvious, They have a fruit fly infestation and I can hear how sticky the floors are while waiting for my smoothies. I moved away from reno 5 years ago and would love coming to get keva smoothies every time i visit because they were the best and now they are the worst smoothies i've ever had. i've only ever gotten the two smoothies and i try them again every time to see if they get better but they don't. These smoothies taste like water. The new owners are being so cheap and just added so much ice to the recipes that the smoothies have no flavor. Every time I order here wrong Employees at this station feel they get to give paying customers what they want and we have to take. Order medium received large in wrong drink. When advised the lady wearing no mask or gloves said I was wrong and continued to try to convince me I ordered other then what I do daily Rather then argue I threw away in her face and customer around and advised horrible customer service and pointed out the health violations and lack of sanitize based on soiled hands lack of gloves no hair nets mask and wiping face with back of hands. Our green hulk wasn't fully blended and had chunks of leaves coming up the straw. When we asked to get it redone they just added more water, which made the smoothie into mostly water. We do really like Keva but the last few times we have ordered the green hulk something is always off. I do appreciate the guy who helped us last time to remake it. Honestly this place is nothing to complain about and the flavors are definitely better than Jamba Juice. There are some locations in California but none around the Bay Area region which is disappointing. However, here's the disclaimer. Yes it tastes better, but it tastes better for a reason! The reason being, of course, that it is much less healthy than Jamba Juice and don't quite have any freshly squeezed juices so you know it's from the fruit and not from concentrate in a huge tank. Overall great place to get a great tasting smoothie if you don't care about how much badness you're intaking into your body! read more

Have been here several times, the smoothies are pretty standard. I've also tried their dragon bowl which is delicious but on the pricey side for what you get. They are no longer part of the Keva Juice family but are now a new company (Keva smoothies). Found this out when I tried to redeem my free smoothie coupon and they would not accept it. 4/5 stars because of the wait times, perhaps they are understaffed but it should not take 10-15 min to get a drink made. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here. We drove all around town looking for smoothies and there was nothing open. We finally stumbled upon this Keva Juice that said it was open until 9 P.M. online. We show up a few minutes after 8 and the mall is empty and closed, but we were allowed in and made it to the Keva Juice. There was a girl there who was very rude to us and made us feel stupid because we didn't know it was closed, even though it said open online. I even apologized for showing up at that time and explained that we didn't know, but that online it had said it was open & she replied, "Oh," and gave us dirty looks until we left. A woman who I believe was the manager an older woman (well, older than most of the employees but not old, lol) was really great at moving things along. Food My Drink - I ordered a medium Strawberry Lust. I was really good. I had one large frozen strawberry at the bottom when finishing up. Only one, I have to say it was blended really well. Service - This is a very specialized business and the menu is simple. How does it not have prices for each drink size by category? I get that they have a lot of add ons to the drinks but at least have the base price. I would like to give this location 1 star for two reasons, NO PRICES POSTED and only 1 CASHIER when there's a hefty line. There were plenty of employees working, and the lady at the register had no sense of urgency, so I waited and waited, waited some more to get my order in. I order and I have no idea what price my drink is until I am told. This is 1 star experience for sure. Also, there's a 2nd register, that was never opened. I work in the mall where this Keva Juice is located and the employee's and owner are always really friendly, they.always make me smile I'm glad they are a part of my daily experience at the mall and think customers who've been disappointed in the past should give the new staff and management a chance. I've been juice fasting for sometime now and stumped by how I would juice at work, and wha~la, Keva Juice.
