My husband works in the airline industry and I did many years ago. We've moved many times since college and have used many movers throughout the years. Our call was answered on the first call. Brandon came out and gave us a quote. We wanted an assurance that if the move took longer than the estimate we wouldn't be hit with paying a good bit more than the estimate since we've had some bad experiences in the past. No problems with Mighty Movers. The move started great and ended great. The guys were wonderful and had great attitudes even when they realized our move was going to take longer than we had figured. They took 15 mins for lunch. They took no other breaks and just kept going even though it was a 100 degree day. I was so impressed with their attitudes. The gentleman that was in charge knew exactly how to run things and load the truck. They had so many blankets. We've had movers run out of blankets in the past. They wrapped our pictures carefully--and we have a lot of pictures. They've moved enough to know the name of pottery when it was labeled on my boxes. NOTHING got broken. I recommended Mighty Movers to my father-in-law when he was moving his Dad. Grandpa is in his 80's and can get easily agitated. Once again, we were happy with Mighty Movers. Most importantly, Grandpa was happy. We were happy to support a small business. You can definitely tell that the owner has spent many years in the business and has trained his employees right. My review has been 5 stars up until now and this may be entirely my fault. I've called multiple times for services and no one hasn't answered or called me back. I'm copying and pasting my review to keep the review up.. if it has been my fault on calling the wrong number i will bring the review back up to a 5 star, If mighty movers happens to see my review please Call LIsa Granith. I'd like services done as soon as possible really don't want to go with another company. I highly recommend mighty movers and have used them three times thus far. The two young men on our move were john and peter. Both were great and showed up on time and called before their arrival however we want to take the time out to say peter was excellent he showed leader ship, organization, and moved fast and carefully (not that the other mover wasn't great we just would like to say peter was very professtional and seemed like moveing was second nature to him) John, may have been having a bad day; he moved items but slower than peter and didn't seem like he wanted to be there for work. Nothing was damaged, we've used another mover before and items were damaged however i wont name any names please ask the owner Brandon whom is very kind and gives great rates on who not to use for fragile and very important items. but since no items were broke. I will definitely use Mighty Movers again! I can not say enough good things about this company. They were VERY easy to communicate with and completely flexible with my schedule. I used them to move me from my college house to my new apartment two hours away. My move out date and move in date did not overlap, but not a problem for Mighty Movers! They gladly moved all my furniture into my parent's garage for the week I had the gap. They left all my furniture wrapped and covered and made sure to place it neatly in my parent's garage until I was able to move into my apartment. They came back and re-loaded it when it was time to move into my apartment. The guys placed all the furniture exactly in it's place and not one thing was scratched or messed up. Awesome awesome awesome. I had originally hired two men and a truck to help me move. The day we were supposed to move the two men and a truck stated today was a bad day and asked if they could reschedule the move. you all know when it's time to move you're ready to go and don't have another day to get your stuff moved. I just canceled the move and I called around. I found a local company called Mighty movers that had good reviews online so I figured I'd give them a call. not only did they come that same day to move me but their price was $1,100 cheaper than two men and a truck. They got the move done for me the same day no questions asked and I actually saved money.
