Poor quality mani/pedi - did not clean cuticles well on toes or fingers & got polish outside of nail beds. I asked her to clean it up, but she did not fix the mess very well at all. While there are probably better manicurists at this shop, I won't be back to find out. read more

I won't EVER come back to this place. It's dirty, there is literally a bug crawling on the floor as I type this. When I went to get my pedi, she sprayed the sink with Lysol to clean it (I should have ran then). While getting my mani, she cut me so bad that I have blood literally still on my nail polish. The paint job is terrible, the best part is the friendliness of the staff. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. Hopefully I don't get a fungus or some sort of infection since I was cut numerous times. read more

I came here to have my nails reshaped. I had them done somewhere else and wasn't happy with the shape so I came here. They reshaped them and did a polish change. The nail tech did a really good job. The only bad thing was that to you can't leave a tip on a card if you're paying for it by a credit card. I was told I could pull cash out from their ATM so I did. I'll definitely come here when I'm in town again. read more

Did not do the designs I had asked for. I figured it may be a long shot that they would have the exact butterflies that I asked for because not every salon has them, but I was never asked what I would want for a replacement. They also apparently don't have clear nails? I've never heard of a salon not being able to do a simple clear nail. Not the correct color or even close to what I wanted. read more

I was referred to Kevin nails by a friend. Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as hers. I chose from their products and their designs already premade for display, and still ended up with nothing close to what I asked for. I was given several irrelevant reasons as to why I wasn't getting what I paid for despite the fact that I specifically asked the tech if he first knew how to do the marble design. He said "yes, It's just not identical". Okay, no problem.. it's marble so that's impossible anyway.. What I got was watercolor, a bunch of excuses azero solutions to making a new customer happy, and I still got charged $10 for the design. I was not compensated or accommodated in anyway. The Tech just quickly took my money and went to the next client. I hope this helps. read more

I don't even want to give them one star but you leave me no choice. Waited an hour on the couch then got seated and soaked until my piggies turned into prunes and my water went cold. It was about 90° in there either the air-conditioner wasn't on or it wasn't on enough. One of their kid was there the TV was on full blast with some crazy loud cartoon and the kid was running amok throughout the salon. I got the quickest and worst Pedi finally an hour and a half after arriving. But the worst part was while I was sitting there waiting I watched them wash out two separate tubs after a client was done by spraying Lysol disinfectant spray and rinsing! Not Lysol cleaner but the deodorizing air spray! Nope. Never again Kevin. read more

Went to kevin nails to get a full set. The staff was very nice. The technician recommended I get uv gel so I did, she did a good job on them but the only thing I didn't like is that the top of the nail was very wide and the gel was thick. It didn't look natural at all and when she did the polish it had streaks. My experience wasn't bad, I just wasn't 100% happy with the results. This nail place is often recommended on some military spouse pages in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming however the service is really poor. I went for a mani & spa pedi. The spa pedi was good however the mani was the worst I've seen. I brought it to the techs attention and she seemed to disagree with me. She then cut more cuticles off and offered to put more paint on what she had already sloppily done. At this point I just wanted to leave so I paid for a pedi & worst mani I've ever had. read more

My nails were uneven. I had to keep pointing it out to the technician. Polish job was bad. Smudged the polish onto my nail and instead of taking a brush and acetone to clean it he just put my nails in the dryer. I should have known there was an issue with this place when I walked in and there was on one other customer. Won't go back. read more

I used to LOVE this place. I used to compare my nails to others and mine were always shaped nicer, shinier, would look better than everyone else's nails, just perfect... I don't know what happened, maybe because I've had some financial problems and I can't afford to go as often as I used to so I'm not a "regular" customer anymore, but the last few times I've gone I've been so unhappy! I would never have breaks or chips and the last two times I've had had breaks and chips almost immediately and from nothing that should cause a break or chip! Also, I always get a new, full gel set and ask for my nails either medium or long. The last time they were done, even though she took the time to compare each nail to the other nail on the other hand, she went ahead and continued to file them down and in the end, nothing was even and I was left with some nails that were so short, they barely looked like I came in and asked for a new, full set of gel nails. I've just invested in some equipment and I'm going to be doing my own nails from now on. If I ever go back, I'm going to make an appointment and I'm going to insist that either Tracy or Harry work on my nails. I have more faith in them than anyone else that works there. read more

I went here while visiting my parents. The nail experience was okay, but on the lower end of places I've been. My nails weren't filed to match my other hand and the gel nail polish wasn't cleaned from the cuticle. I won't be going back due to the lack of attention to detail. I visited this place solely because of the closeness and the fact that they weren't busy, unlike my normal salon. I got a full set and had 3 different people working on my nails at different times so they could tend to other people. The shape of my nails are sloppy and inconsistent. Two nails broke on their own only a week after getting a full set and again when I got them fixed, inconsistencies. Will not be returning. read more

TERRIBLE! What a waste of money. Took my Mom for her birthday for a pedicure. Water was ice cold, chair had holes in it that scraped your arm and poked at your butt, and staff was SUPER pushy in regards to additional services. They talked my Mom into upgrading to a gel pedicure; They charged an extra $15 so it was a total of $51 for a pedicure, that's insane!! Then they told her that they would clean up her fingernails for her as if it wouldn't be much additional- all they did was push her cuticles back and file them and they charged $12 for that. The WORST part is that the nail polish they used on my pedicure literally chipped in half on one toe and slid completely off on 2 other toes that same day (Saturday evening). I went back in on Monday and showed them my toenails and they said they would fix it but then tried to charge me $10 for a "polish change". I had to take out my previous $82 receipt for them to acknowledge that I had been a good customer and didn't deserve to pay for a 32 hour polish change. They are so rude, pushy, and sloppy.
