I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. The level of incompetence here is unbelievable. From the moment I walked in, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. I had to wait far past my appointment time with no explanation, and when I was finally seated, the technician seemed rushed and careless. The work itself was worse than disappointing--it was sloppy. Uneven shaping, streaky polish, and visible mistakes that should never leave a salon chair. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, they acted annoyed and tried to rush me out. Cleanliness was also a major concern. Tools didn't appear properly sanitized, and the overall space felt neglected. That alone is enough reason not to come back. For the prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Save your time, money, and frustration--there are far better salons out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. read more

I really love this place. They are friendly and clean. So many colors to choose from, along with regular or gel. Basic to spa. My youngin likes that they do decorative paint on her nails. This salon would not service me because I was black. The look of disgust on their face when I walked in as no one even welcomed me said enough. All I wanted was to get two acrylic nails fixed and she refused and said no we don't do that. As they were sitting around in an empty salon, no one was willing to service me. So I may not be the best person to write a review of a nail salon since this was just my second pedicure. What have I been missing?? Anyway the store is clean, super easy to make a reservation, cheaper than the one I went to before ($32.00 cash plus tip). Those chairs with the massaging are unbelievable. Kind of wished it took the young lady longer than it did. At the risk of too much info I original went as I suffer from chronic in-grown toenails and nothing has worked until I had a pedicure. They are 2 1/2 miles from home and this will be my new go to nail, salon. read more

this is a local nail salon i've been to a handful of times & i've never had a positive experience here. i went in today to get a quick manicure because my normal nail salon couldn't fit me in. i had dip on my nails that needed to be taken off & then i asked to just get regular polish, which they tried to convince me to get dip for 5 mins because it's "quick and better" (thank god i didnt). the girl doing my nails did a horrific job taking off the dip, she didn't let them soak long enough so the dip was never fully removed from my nails. she continued to file and buff the dip on top so it became more embedded into my natural nail (not helping the situation). when she started painting them with regular polish, it was chunky & uneven, and another staff came over and told her in another language that she needed to fix it. being on a time crunch, i told them i didn't have time for them to fix something that they should've done in the first place. i literally could have pulled the dip off myself & done a better job painting them for free in the comfort of my home than getting it done at milan. i ended up having to pay for the dip removal (or lack there of) and messed up my nails moving to the nail dryer because they didn't help me move my purse. i've tried this place numerous times & returned with hopes of a better experience but absolutely will not be coming back after today. read more

Wanted a quick pedicure. Asked for white regular Polish. She opened the bottle tried to paint on top of my finger nail (I had just gotten done else where the day before) I said no and she still did it. She wiped it off with her finger leaving behind residue that ruined my dip powder finger nails I had just paid for. When I brought it to her attention she pretended she didn't understand English. Then grabbed the acetone and insisted on using it to fix the problem however this obviously would have made it worse so i wouldn't let her. She was very rough during the whole pedicure. She put oil and lotion on my feet. The oil made my flip flops so slippery I had to take them off and walk barefoot to the car. I just had the worst pedicure ever at Milan. Rough, careless, thoughtless and totally sloppy. The tech scrubbed one foot but not the other and worked on cuticles on one foot but not the other. Could not hold the mail clip steady nor the nail file, and forget about exfoliating the callouses. She simply waved the tool around periodically colliding with my foot. No massage, just a sloppy rubbing on of moisturizer that she slipped all over the table as well. Rushed so badly and the tech was so rattled that I wanted to get up and leave midway through. Nail polish has been painted onto my cuticles and the top coat was slopped half an inch down my toes. I will never, ever go back. It's obscene that they charge for this. I didn't want to make a scene at the check out since the nail tech was handicapped and I felt badly for her. She shouldn't be forced to work there and shouldn't be doing nails. read more
