They took me off my heart medications for several days, had me start antibiotics for a procedure, and at 530pm the night before the surgery I received a text that my procedure was "unfortunately" canceled; that I should call them to reschedule. Nothing else was mentioned-no guidance about the heart medication, or the other meds prescribed. It's just a business to them. When I did not reschedule I got a call from a front office scheduler, shared my displeasure, asking her to pass this along and up. I never heard anything back. I frankly doubt it was ever transmitted, or if it was, it was ignored. Hope this helps someone out there.

There's always at least two front desk staff who are available for questions. The waiting area has coffee, tea, and sometimes fresh chocolate chip cookies!! They're soo tasty! They have a station with one time use tooth brushes, floss, and mouthwash. It's nice to come in the office and brush your teeth there right before being seen by the staff. There are a handful of dental chairs lined up in an open space next to each other (don't go here if you want privacy). There's a ton of assistant staff on duty and they're all very kind. I also like that they put smiley faces on the ceiling lights so you can see them when you lean back in the chair. Dr Birg is an incredibly kind individual. He is extremely patient, willing to answer all questions, and is always smiling. I got Invisalign treatment done here and he did a great job. I highly recommend this place!!

I went to Accord Dental in Denver, but the only made things worse. The dentist inna , , removed two teeth on my upper right side, leaving me with even less teeth and nothing to chew with. She put in a molar that was bigger and thicker than that area could handle. I was so frustrated and scared that to went yo multiple other states ( CT, NY, NJ, CA, MA) to try and find help, but no one would help me. The pain was so intense that I thought I was going to die. During that time, I had to travel to several states until I finally reached the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey; there, they extracted the tooth that had caused me so much pain and suffering for so long. I had been tortured by many dentists; a Muslim dentist at Davenport Dental Care destroyed all my teeth and molars. She even claimed I had fluid on my brain--which struck me as very odd, since she was a dentist, not a neurologist--and referred me to some Indian doctors to have my brain "unscrewed," which terrified me.
