The owner Emlynn, (whom i never trained with) was responsive to my request to pause and resume when I was back in town, I notified her of this date 12/15. She charged my card without my consent on 12/13 and did not notify me either. I was disappointed to learn of this on my statement several weeks later. I notified Emlynn of my cancellation via text (her preferred comms) and she processed the cancellation. She however refused to refund my month paid $180 for no service. In my contract the membership cancellation policy stands when member has attended 3 months of membership. As i did not attend the gym for more than one month I am unsure how this contract still stands. I am both disappointed and upset by my experience with Emlynn, as membership retention and good business is not the interest of this business owner.

I'm an early bird gym rat, I was there doing Cardio at 5:00AM. The 4 days I workout there, at that time there were only 2 people working out and I felt very safe. I entered through a scan from a QR code that gave me a punch code number. When you walk in it is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The gym has plenty of towels, disinfectant spray bottles, vending machines if you need drinks, 3 large restroom and I believe I saw showers plus free Wifi. I like riding the bikes which were on the second floor. I had a view of the entire gym. I noticed people were very conscious in wiping down the benches after they were used. Great Gym if you are visiting, want to work out daily, weekly.

I explicitly told the employee signing me up that I would only be there for a month and they told me I can cancel at any point. Turns out there is a 30 day limit and you have to pay for the two months following my cancellation. Very scammy behavior, I would highly avoid if you don't want to end up spending an extra 100$ for no reason. They will also keep charging you even though you have cancelled and then send your account to collections. Their billing is controlled by a third party company so they can tell you that there is nothing they can do and you have to talk to that company. Please avoid at all costs if you don't want the biggest headache alive.
