Currently the Women's downstairs bathroom has toilet water all over the floors due to a leaking "seal" under one of the toilets. So, when us ladies are trying to use the facilities, we are 'strandling' toilet water. Have talked to Management several times and their excuse is that they are MOVING and have put in '"TICKET" and nothing has been donw in two months.....Then lets talk about the usage of the equipment. Groups of 5 people will "TAKE OVER" a machine and do multiple 'sets' letting no one else in. Then there are the obnoxious gym users, who think they know how to LIFT weights and SLAM them, breaking the cables repeatedly. They have NO STAFF upstairs to monitor the do-badders. Better go elsewhere for sure.

The credit never applied, and when I went in, I discovered the employee who signed her up forgot to log me as the referral. Instead of fixing their mistake, Manager Russ G. claimed he had to "submit a ticket" and told me to check back in two weeks. When I followed up two weeks later, Russ claimed he submitted it, but couldn't provide a ticket number or any proof. I seriously doubt anything was ever submitted.

I don't know what the best solution is for this but it's a mess in terms of behavior. Nobody follows the sauna rules and brings in newspapers, headphones, food, and one guy even put his gross soaked workout clothes over the heater to dry! Just absolutely abhorrent, inconsiderate behavior. One man recently brought a huge glass bottle inside to drink with the other day, and a few of us were worried what would happen if it fell off the bench. We're all barefoot, after all. Sure enough we all heard an explosion and lots of loud cursing (classy) from the locker room later, and it turns out he dropped it and it shattered all over the changing area floor. A worker gave the man a broom but didn't say anything about why the guy brought a huge glass juice bottle out in the first place. I wouldn't feel safe bringing my kid here if they're so laid back about broken glass on the ground. Not sure what the point is of having a huge rule list taped on the sauna door is when nobody enforces it. People also take super loud phone calls as well despite the no cell-phone sign. Watch your feet if you're in the men's locker room, cause with the rubber mats with holes in them, there's no way they cleaned all the shards out unless they removed the mats and cleaned. And we can all tell from the wet mud stains in between the gaps whether or not this will ever happen...

However I couldn't help feeling like the gym was taking advantage of me. Their agreements are confusing, misleading, and honestly deceiving. "If you cancel before the one year commitment it's a $50 fee." But then cancelling after the one year commitment there is a seemingly made up $50 buyout plus $39 fee for following months and "processing fees." This company should be ashamed of themselves for their greedy ways and dishonesty. TIP: throughly read the fine prints of the many documents they make you sign. It is not pretty.

I also chose this gym because of the advertised 24-hour access. Unfortunately, the 24-hour access door for Elite members has been unreliable. I've reported this issue before and have repeatedly been told it's being fixed, but the problem continues to come back. Yesterday (Saturday), it took me five attempts to get the door to unlock with my barcode. This morning (Sunday) at 5:00 a.m., three other members and I were unable to get in at all. I called the front desk once they opened, and the staff member sounded just as frustrated because they've been reporting the issue to management as well. I'm genuinely puzzled that, despite members paying extra specifically for 24-hour access, this issue doesn't seem to be receiving more urgency from management. At the very least, I would have expected some communication acknowledging the problem and explaining what is being done to resolve it. I enjoy training here, which makes this even more disappointing, but the recurring access issues have me seriously considering switching gyms. I can adapt to working out with less specialized equipment if I have to, but it really sucks to wake up before 5:00 a.m. only to find that I can't get into the gym I'm paying to access.

I'm an early bird gym rat, I was there doing Cardio at 5:00AM. The 4 days I workout there, at that time there were only 2 people working out and I felt very safe. I entered through a scan from a QR code that gave me a punch code number. When you walk in it is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The gym has plenty of towels, disinfectant spray bottles, vending machines if you need drinks, 3 large restroom and I believe I saw showers plus free Wifi. I like riding the bikes which were on the second floor. I had a view of the entire gym. I noticed people were very conscious in wiping down the benches after they were used.
