At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

The store person told me he would contact the person and have her call me to let me know when she would arrive. Thirty minutes later I called the store again and was told a text was sent to her. I told the store it would have been nice to receive a call that she was running late. I told the store to cancel the appointment for that day. Two hours later I received a call from the person who was to perform the measure. She explained she had a family issue (that's OK) and would contact me the following Monday to re-schedule. Monday came and went and no call to re-schedule a measure. I hope others have a better experience because I was not impressed. A simple phone call would have been nice.
