I hired this company to move less than two bedrooms of items from two small storage units -- everything was already boxed and ready to go. I received multiple quotes from other movers estimating 2-3 hours total with two men, and the owner quoted the same. Instead, it took 4 hours just to load and another 2-3 hours to unload, which was excessive for such a simple move. The crew was unprofessional, inefficient, and argumentative from the start. They complained that I had too much stuff, even though it easily fit in the 16ft truck they chose to bring. Rather than working efficiently, they walked slowly between the storage units, wasting time. When I returned after giving them space, one of them was sitting on the truck bed -- it genuinely felt like they were stalling to rack up the hours. After I mentioned the delay, their attitude changed and they became rough with my belongings. Later, while unpacking, I found damaged bins, misplaced boxes, and missing items, including my child's Oculus headset and about $600 worth of retail merchandise for my business. When I contacted the owner, he was initially sympathetic and offered to compensate me but later withdrew that offer and denied responsibility. I tried to support a young business owner, but the lack of experience, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing. It took me some time to write this -- between unpacking, working, and debating whether to even post -- but after realizing what was missing and seeing another review saying a TV was stolen, I felt it was important to speak up. As a single mom and small business owner, I value honesty, efficiency, and integrity. Unfortunately, this company showed none of those qualities. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amare was so communicative from the start and super easy to book. Price was very reasonable as well and the best I could find for what I needed. Amare and his partner were so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the truck loading process actually enjoyable (even in the AZ heat). They even saw me struggle backing up in the Uhaul truck and immediately stopped what they were doing and offered to park the truck for me. They are the true Tetris gods and somehow fit everything i owned into the small truck that I accidentally ordered... Honestly, do yourself a favor, work with Key On Moving and save yourself the stress! I promise it was worth every penny! read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM! negative stars if i could! quoted me a flat rate of 260, then switched it to 290 once i asked about mounting my tv. i agreed to 290 for a 2 bedroom move. TWO BEDROOM. my bed and my sons twin size bed were the biggest things! we had agreed to 5:30 pm and i didn't hear from anyone un til 7:30. so they moved it to 6am next day. i was up and waitin for them to show up at 6:40am. Amare on the phone then said "the guys have another job at 10am so they might not have time for your tv" they ended up charging me 500 because it was only 2 guys. and they worked from 6:40 to 11:15-- not once did AMARE (owner/communicator) communicate with me that i was going over a 2 hour rate, not once did i give approval to over charge me. once the move was done i told him i was u comfortable paying tha because i never agreed to 500 and the movers didn't even mount my tv and everything was just thrown into the living room so i still need to move things around. AMARE has his movers stay until i pay and now im having to go through small claims to file a complaint because he is avoiding communication and accountability and hangs up the phone. its the worst customer service i've ever experienced please save your money, time, and stress and go ANYWHERE else read more

Theft of personal items and More. I hired Amari with Key On Moving, to move my two-bedroom apartment and had an absolutely terrible experience that I feel compelled to share to warn other potential customers. During what should have been a straightforward move, the crew exhibited completely unprofessional behavior, including: * Theft of personal items: A television and a piggy bank containing over a hundred dollars in coins went missing during the move. While I admit it was my mistake to leave the piggy bank out in plain sight, I trusted that the movers would handle my belongings with integrity. * Drug use on the job: Multiple crew members took breaks to smoke marijuana during work hours. * Unprofessional conduct: The team was argumentative and fighting among themselves throughout the day. * Property damage: One crew member urinated on the exterior wall of the property. * Poor time management: A two-bedroom apartment move took 7.5 hours, likely due to the frequent unauthorized breaks. Despite providing refreshments and food for the crew as a courtesy. The combination of theft, substance use during work hours, and general unprofessionalism made this one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their moving needs. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about the integrity and professionalism of the people you've hired to handle your belongings. read more

We hired Key Movers with three to two week notice. We confirm our scheduled move on Thursday and the afternoon before our move they cancelled on us bc the truck they "reserved" was no longer available or they messed up the order. It was very upsetting having to scramble last min on a Friday night trying to find movers for the next day. We ended up going to Uhaul and renting a truck which was available I don't know why they would lie about the uhaul truck not being available. Very unprofessional and would not recommend the business.
