I told him we might be a little late because of this. Because we got stuck in traffic I told him that it would be 1:00 p.m. instead of 12:00 p.m. . We got there at 12:19 p.m. to young boys rushed our truck and scared me. When I told Steve we would be late he said it would be okay. The one young man who had black fingernails, went off to the bathroom to vape for 45 minutes. Both of them were very slow in packing the truck from storage on the outside unit right into the truck. I had to tell them how to pack and give directions on loading. They were nice but that does not cut it. My son had to help and I had to help as a senior citizen who is disabled. They took 3 hours to load the truck and it wasn't even done, with our help. I let them go after 3 hours. I became very sick after helping them. These two are definitely not movers. When we got home we had two movers do this job in 2 hours. They moved my items into my home, upstairs, and set things up. They were older gentleman who worked fast. The Move Phoenix is the only company I have ever had that gets zero stars. I did not pay him to vape. What else I do not know. They wrecked my move.

Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential! I received multiple quotes from other movers estimating 2-3 hours total with two men, and the owner quoted the same. Instead, it took 4 hours just to load and another 2-3 hours to unload, which was excessive for such a simple move. The crew was unprofessional, inefficient, and argumentative from the start. They complained that I had too much stuff, even though it easily fit in the 16ft truck they chose to bring. Rather than working efficiently, they walked slowly between the storage units, wasting time. When I returned after giving them space, one of them was sitting on the truck bed -- it genuinely felt like they were stalling to rack up the hours. After I mentioned the delay, their attitude changed and they became rough with my belongings. Later, while unpacking, I found damaged bins, misplaced boxes, and missing items, including my child's Oculus headset and about $600 worth of retail merchandise for my business. When I contacted the owner, he was initially sympathetic and offered to compensate me but later withdrew that offer and denied responsibility. I tried to support a young business owner, but the lack of experience, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing. It took me some time to write this -- between unpacking, working, and debating whether to even post -- but after realizing what was missing and seeing another review saying a TV was stolen, I felt it was important to speak up. As a single mom and small business owner, I value honesty, efficiency, and integrity. Unfortunately, this company showed none of those qualities.
