I bring it back to them and they lie to me telling me it's a battery problem, it's a brand new battery and I tested it myself before bringing it in! So than they tell me it's a starter and they want $740 to fix it, shifting gears will fix it for 1/3 of the price. It's insultingly bad service, I will never go there again!

Absurd as this is a safety issue. Then I drop it off at 10:00 am, and add an oil change as it was due . They then call to say the oil change is done and "the part is on back order and they don't know when it'll be in" so why did you not let me know you had zero intention of fixing it. And yes you knew exactly what the issue was and what part was required to fix it as we spoke about it and you stated "this is a common issue". When I asked for a rental as my car is not safely drivable. Your service advisor actually stated "do you know how many rentals we would need if we gave everyone a rental, we wouldn't have any cars on the lot". Not my problem, this is why I pay to lease, so I don't have these issues. This dealership is a joke and has no customer service. Any other place on the planet this abomination of a dealer would never last. Avoid keys auto center (old Niles) at all costs.

He said they had the best prices in town and they will treat you well. I am here to say, they do not have the best prices in town and they nickel and dime you. I would encourage you not to rent from Conch Electric unless you like the convenience of having a rental company right outside of the Key West ferry terminal. For a short walk, you can get great deals from other rentals. We could've got a better deal from the resort that we stayed in at parrot Key, but we didn't know that until after the fact. OF NOTE: parking is $6/hr and there is almost NO free parking downtown. When we went downtown to do the hop on hop off ride, the company was nice enough to allow us to park rental in their parking lot.

Due to unforeseen changes of our stay on the island we had to cancel the rental. We had to send an email and the company was very accommodating to cancel without any penalties. If it hadn't been so frustrating and irritating, it might have been funny. Trust me, it wasn't funny at all. Dropped the car off on Wednesday morning to have the oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Was told they were really busy, and I said no sweat, just need to back by Thursday afternoon because I had to drive to Orlando on Friday. Thursday, after lunch, I went to the dealership to check on the progress, since I couldn't get anyone in the service department to answer the phone when I called. Well, they initially couldn't even locate my car, and couldn't determine if any work had been performed. After some more looking, they found the car, but no work had been performed. They asked if I could leave it until Friday, at which point I reminded them that I had to drive to Orlando on business Friday. They said if I could leave it until 9:30 Friday, they would have it ready to go. The next morning, they call me at 9:20 to tell me that I needed a new set of tires, due to 1 tire specifically being severely worn. I about screamed! I just told them to forget it. I went paid $165 for an oil change, which I consider a total rip off, considering I could have bought Mobile 1 synthetic designed specifically for that engine for less than $50. They bid me farewell with a "Good luck. Be careful. You can probably get there and back." I went home, put on my full size spare, which you would have thought they would have offered to do, with cords showing on that tire. Nope. Got to do that myself. If you can take your car anywhere else for service, and I mean anywhere, do it!

We've tried their online chat and we called MULTIPLE times only to be told that somebody will contact us, and never got anything. The only time we can go there is on weekends and they're close.
