Been to many food trucks in my life that have disappointed me to the point of hating my life for deciding to try their food. I am a foodie by fortune, and a fatass by choice. However this taco truck truly, most indisputably took the win for worst place to buy food in the whole of Stanislaus, and maybe California by far. Not only was there 4 workers in the truck that took 45 minutes to make a couple quesadillas and burritos, but the food was extremely stale, tortillas were oily and hard, not even my dog would eat it. The meat tasted like it was sitting for days and i think the best part of the meal was when I crapped it out. It gave all my family diarrhea. Worst truck in the 209. However they were indeed cheaper than the other food trucks! That was awesome! But i guess you get what you pay for! Please consider this message even if you are hangry or starving! Just DONT. Dont mean to talk bad, but im not a liar. If this truck believes their profession is food, someone hadda lied to em. This street is taco truck central in Keyes. Decided to stop at this one because it was busy, the tortillas are yellow corn which is always a favorite. The salsa is perfect not too spicy. The grilled onions and jalapeños are really good they sprinkle them with lemon and salt. The al pastor is tasty not basic like other taco trucks and the Asada is flavorful. Would def return. 4 stars because there was really nothing amazing or over the top about it but would recommend if you're in the area! read more

Used to be my go to taco truck in this area. Can't go wrong with carne asada usually. Highly recommended. Great flavor and seasoning. Minimal to no fat. Chopped up thoroughly. But was disappointed the last 2 visits. Meat doesn't taste the same. Only have red sauce available. Good, but spicy. Could be better tasting. Their very stingy about putting it on your taco or giving it away. They charge you extra. Usually order tacos ($1.50), burrito supreme ($5.50), or quesadilla supreme-large enough for 2 ($8.00) with carne asada. Get a lot for your money. Reasonably priced. read more

With both my parents being from the heart of Mexico (Guanajuato & Zacatecas), I've become a little bit of a taco snob. To be honest I've had difficulty finding decent tacos or at least tacos that come close to ones that I've had in Mexico...until now! Decided to stop by after work, and as soon as I got of my car all you smell is grilled meat!! Your mouth immediately starts to water as the aroma of meat and seasoning fill the air, along with the sounds of sizzling and searing meat, wraps around you like a comfort blanket! I ordered some asada and al Pastor which were delicious. Kinda basic for my taste. Delicious but basic. The true test of authenticity has been tacos de Cabeza. Not too many places knows how to cook of season cabeza...but these guys! It's exactly how I like it!! Tender, flavorful, and slightly fatty, which all good foodies know that fat is flavor!! The only issue I had was that the tortillas, which were yellow corn, also my favorite, were a little over cooked. I like my soft but slightly toasted in the meat drippings so I think it was little over cooked as they were crunchy rather than slighty crispy. They did have quite a few people when I arrived plus the people just kept coming so I knew it was good. Perhaps they over looked my tortillas. I have only ever gotten tacos from here and they have never disappointed me. The crunchy tortillas are such a unique touch and makes the eating experience that much more enjoyable. Their salsa is very good as well, but took some getting used to because it is more on the spicier side. But after coming here frequently, I'm used to it and can enjoy the tacos that much more. El Hidaguense use to be my favorite place to get tacos but they changed their hot sauce for there tacos and burritos. I think they are buying cheaper things to make their food because they have so many people coming in. I believe they think that the customer won't know about UPDATE: they changed the ingredients and the it's better now! They are definitely worth it. Every time we come here the wait is horrible. The food is ok, and at times the portions are skimpy.

I have been hearing about this truck for a long time from MANY of my policyholders and had not tried it until...my co worker said he could GUARANTEE the burritos would be the best.
