I ordered four tacos for myself (carne asada and tripas) and five for my son (carne asada). Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to expectations. The carne asada lacked seasoning, and the tripas weren't as crispy as I'd hoped. On top of that, they messed up my order and gave me plain carne asada tacos--no cilantro, no onions--which might've contributed to the flavor being underwhelming. Compared to El Hidalguense right across the street, which usually has a bigger crowd, I can see why this truck is a little less busy. I appreciate the clean and convenient environment, but I'm not sure if I'll be back for the food.
