Bringing our car to Keystone Chevrolet for service was a bigger mistake than buying a GM product to begin with. From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I have never felt less valued as a customer, it was very eye opening. read more

I can say that purchasing a new vehicle is stressful to say the least. However today I decided to take my chances with Keystone Chevrolet (yes after reading the reviews). The service was stellar throughout the process. Ken and Andrew were professional and actually enjoyable to work with. I did end up buying a vehicle that I think is a perfect fit for me. I hope to be driving it for a long time and will definitely go to them for my next vehicle. Fortunately I did not have to buy a vehicle today. My grandmother took her car in for a traction control light. They told her it needed a new engine. 70k miles on car. They quoted her $9000. She went and got her car. It barely made it home. It was running fine when she took it in. I took it to my mechanic. Someone had unplugged stuff under the hood, ignition coil wire. Car is fine now. Don't take anything to keystone. read more

He is in business to make money (and I don't blame him for that) and he doesn't care about doing the right thing for a customer. Oh well. Not recommending Keystone! I would give zero stars if I could. I came in needing a car and I made it clear I needed it that day, which was a Tuesday. My credit is not good, so I was very happy they brought me a nice car that I could afford. Miguel Weiss said it had just come in as a trade in (I found out through carfax they had it for 4 days already) and needed to be serviced and detailed, and I told him we could wait if it wouldbe ready that day. He said it might be. By the time we finished the sales part we were discussing I would pick it up the next morning around 8 am. I went back t huo finance and did the paperwork and my wife and I were excited it was going so well. By the time we finished everything we were told that the financing for the trade in we were buying still hadn't gone through and it would be a day or two. So we went home after signing over the clear title for the car I was trading in. The next day, Wednesday, we went to pay our cash down payment and they told us the other car still wasn't cleared for sale and it could take a day or two, again. Thursday I had a text conversation with Miguel and the car I bought STILL wasn't cleared for sale so I asked to speak to the sales manager. Miguel gave me the number for Danny Henderson. I called Danny and he told me the front end financing still hadn't paid off the car I bought and he wouldn't release it until it was clear. I said "so what you're saying is you sold me a car that you don't own to sell." Danny Henderson, the sales manager, said "I don't want to get shitty with you but I won't let you talk to me like that." I said that his finance problems were his and not mine and I wanted my car. He told me I can't have it and if I didn't like it he would cancel the deal. I told him I was driving his car, that I signed over to him and he has the car I bought that he won't let me have. I asked if I could get a loaner off the lot. He told me I couldn't have one. I said I bet if I had bought an $80,000 new car he would give me one. He said 'but you didn't.' He said my new purchase was ready to go as soon as the financing cleared probably in the morning. Today, Friday, I went in at around 10am. Someone asked me if they could help me I said I want the keys to the car I bought. I asked for Danny Henderson again and when he discussion came to our phone conversation he told me I was lying when I told him it was unprofessional to curse at a customer. The salesman Miguel said it never happened that the calls are recorded. I told him to play the recording I know he can call it up. They kind of steered the conversation away from it at that point. They also told me my financing hadn't funded and I called the credit company to discuss it. They told me there was no reason on my end that I couldn't have the car and that the new car should be released. Then a man came outside and said he was the owner of Keystone Chevrolet. I told him everything that had transpired over the last 3 days. I told him I wanted a loaner and he got me one. After a couple of hours I returned on his word that my car should be ready, it wasn't. We went to look at it and it was still dirty and had trash inside. I looked in the back and it still had mud in it, after I was told it was tuned up, oiled up, inspected and detailed. I walked in and the man who said he was the owner said he wasn't releasing the car until he got the trade in paid. I said I've done everything on my end of the deal and he sold me a car with title problems. He got mad when I said this. He said if I talked to him him that way he would cancel the deal. I told him the carfax his salesman gave me showed the previous owner had the car for 7 years and it was tagged in January with no liens or loans. The "owner" said it had a $13,000 lien and he wouldn't release the car until that was paid. Again I said that his finance issues weren't my problem that I did all I was required. I told him I had been on the phone all day with the credit company and they were upset by the way I was treated. He got smug and said "I'm not worried about them your deal won't hurt me, I'm their biggest customer. I left and returned a few minutes later and gave them the keys to the loaner and cancelled the deal. I talked to the finance company and they innitiated a complaint against Keystone Chevrolet and every employee I had a name for. They also told me the loan I got would be valid with another dealer if I wanted to find another car. Update: I'm not here to fight with you Mike. But honestly, what would you have done in my situation? First Miguel told me the car only needed inspection and detail and could be ready by closing time. THEN he told me I could get it the next morning. SEVENTY TWO hours later the car was still filthy even after you told me yourself it was ready to drive away as soon as it was funded. I did follow up with Steve from Keystone. He put me in contact with someone who did rectify some of the issues that I had with the way the deal went down. Am I 100% satisfied? The answer is no. Though they did try to make things better, they did not meet my expectations. I am not at all out of line in what I expect in a car deal, I would have still walked away from the deal in the end. Additionally there was no further follow up with me after completing the little bit they were willing to do to ask if I was appeased. That is another strike against them. read more

I went to Keystone Chevrolet after watching a commercial saying they were offering "up to 40%" off vehicles due to a recent "fire" and that they had to get rid of the vehicles to rebuild. When I got there, I saw no damaged buildings or construction under way. The salesman said, "the ad was only for hail damaged vehicles, even though it didn't say that." I asked to see the hail damaged vehicles. They only had three. I offered them 60% of the original price (based on the commercial claiming 40% off). She felt comfortable being able to switch from the other Chevy dealership she had been going to for years. My dad is going to be car shopping at this dealership soon, too. We took a vehicle in for service last month and from the time we walked in the door until pick up, we were treated super well. The service rep was easy to work with, helped me apply my coupons, and set me up with an awesome loaner car for the day. I received a call before close that all of the work had been done and I could head back. PLEASE SHARE! SCAM ALERT!! This dealership is running scams on customers to generate revenue. They tell you that you have been approved for a loan on their cars then when its OUTSIDE of the thirty days to tag your vehicle the "bank" sends out a letter denying your application so when it's time to get the vehicle back to them they charge you as if it was a rental care charging more than 30 cents a mile!! Scam scam scam! Their Facebook page is set up so people can not leave reviews (go figure). So I'm doing my best to keep this from happening to others. I did find a web site with reviews similar to mine but if you aren't researching the dealership they do their best to keep things like this from going public. Our trade in blew a valve stem when we got the dealership, originally, and their service department charged us 125 dollars because our steam has a pressure censor in it. Well, Andy, the supposed dealership manager told us he would take a post dated check for two days so we could go ahead and get our vehicle back and the lying jerk cashed it anyway!! Thanks for that by the way. Andy told me point blank that he would be happy to "work with us" over this deal cause he didn't want a bad review. Well, he didn't keep his wordslike everyone else there. So I'm going to be leaving this review EVERWHERE I can! The initial experience was less than ideal. We went there due to the "credit immunity " program they advertise in our area. It's a lie. Straight up. Don't expect any kind of immunity. They ran our credit SEVEN TIMES, thanks for the credit hits guys. When we got there they wouldn't let US look at vehicles and only brought us ONE to test drive. And you guessed it! It wasnt what we were wanting. But we cooperated and it actually was a nice ride and good on MPG so we went forward cause the salesman Scott promised it was in our price range but would never actually quote the price.the payments were 180 dollars over what we wanted so OBVIOUSLY it was higher than our range but that didn't matter. I love doing research before buying anything these days and buying a car is no exception. I was looking at replacing my truck. Keystone's website is run by their digital marketing whose main goal is to put as little info as possible with an aim to increase foot traffic at their store. I tried speaking with a customer care specialist to obtain the info their website was lacking but he had two answers to my questions. How much is your trade worth? And we can't value your trade until you bring it in so his boss can look it over. Ryan was the Rep I had talked with so I agree to come in even though I explained that I was researching and wasn't anywhere near the buying phase yet. So we arrive there and the first thing Ryan wanted was the keys to my truck. No handshake or fist bump, no small talk so he takes us into a glass wall cubicle and leaves. I can see my truck from where we are being ignored after what felt like an eternity a different young man enters to tell me that Ryan is momentarily assisting someone else. I attempt to extract the info from the guy that Ryan felt wasn't important to me. I asked about their estimating my truck as I haven't seen anyone near my truck since we'd arrived . He tells me his boss is done with the estimate for my truck to my surprise because this fellow must have magical powers to perform an estimate from hundreds of feet away from it. So again I ask about the two trucks I saw on the website that was lacking the info that had caused me to drive from B.A.to Sand Springs in the first place. He never gave me any info I was seeking so at this point I was done. I asked for my truck keys back. Now I had said I was doing my research so I knew what my trade was worth before ever stepping inside. The guy tells me it's worth the payoff only. I told what a sham business they were running and again a demanded my keys back. All this aggravation when all I wanted was the price because everything on their site I was interested said "Call for Price" yet after spending 30 minutes in their showroom I was never given that information. Won't make the mistake of going back here. It also happened to be during a heat advisory, and the nice young salesman let us test drive 5 or 6 cars. We told him we were just looking, not wanting to drive away in a new car today, but he was nice. I had to go inside due to the heat and that's when everything fell apart. I guess my husband decided he did want to know what kind of trade in value we'd get and what kind of payments we were looking at, so the rep. starting "running numbers". I was in the middle of having a heat stroke and said so. Rep. didn't even offer water and when he realized that we weren't going to sign anything that day, he practically ran us out of there. He was like day and night. Husband and I were both physically ill from the heat and just wanted to go home. If we weren't going to buy a car, no one there cared or gave a crap about how we were doing.We should have known better ... we bought a car from them several years ago. My husband and I went to Keystone because I had a good experience there before. Well not so much this time. We started off with a salesman name Mikey Lopez and he handed us off to a new salesman Ryan. So we drove a few trucks and found one and was told we couldn't finance that one. They brought us another one that we could. We got into drive it and had no brakes. The new salesman Ryan argued with my husband acting as if nothing was wrong with it well there was it needed a new brake line. The truck also didn't have a hitch. We asked for one they sai they didnt have any and they did give us $200 for one. So they repaired the brake line.We picked it up no one had bothered to clean it and the gas tank was on empty. After complaining to our salesman they took it and got gas. We met a awesome young man named Dash he was the lot porter. He offered to clean my truck if I would bring it by to him. He was awesome! Very nice polite and all about us being satisfied.( why couldn't he be our salesman i thought?) Next we had to take the truck back because of bent rims we talked to Mikey Lopez again promises made and promises broke. Mikey Lopez promised us a hitch becaue of all the problems we had hd and my husband offered to return the $200 we haven't heard from them. What happened to Customer Service? Our salesman Ryan instead of bringing the trucks to us we had to walk around parking lot with him to find them. He never had my truck cleaned he didn't even care as long as he got his commission. They did give us loaner trucks to drive while ours was being worked on. But i have to say this was not a good experience buying our new truck. I have never had two salesman not give a crap like these two. No follow up no taking care of customer just flying by the seat of their pants! I decided to go check out a 2015 mustang at an actual ford dealership. They had it for a really good price! But this Randy guy texts me, and asks if I can make "another appointment." So I respectfully said, "I already found a different car, thank you." And this guy has the audacity to call me and being VERY disrespectful saying "I made an appointment and then went and bought from someone else" (which I did not make an appointment.) He proceeds to ask "What did you even buy." I told him I bought a 2015 mustang and he HUNG UP ON ME. That is probably the rudest anyone in sales from anywhere has ever been to me. Like I said. went and looked at cars on 6/29/18 the one we really wanted they said we needed a co signer (we were looking at cars under 15k) told them we could not get one. The salesman Matt Smith said he found 3 we could get with no co signer one was off the lot and the other was not family oriented. We are a couple with a new child on the way so went with the family friendly 2015 Nissan versa. after all said and done we left happy trading in our 03 cavilier and 200 down then later down the line on 7/12/18 and 7/13/18 some time in the middle of the night they towed are car leaving me stranded as it was only mean of transportation. I reported it stolen and had police come out then finally got ahold to keystone to see what I should do they said they Repoed it cus there was no co signer on the agreement which was made very obvious to us that we would not need one and was told everything went through. Went there today again 7/13/18 to see what happened they were trying to get me to find a co signer saying that's the only thing needed also saying the loan already went through they also said they towed the car from a gas station which is a lie it was outside our house with witnesses knowing it was at our house. all in all I got the 03 cav back but they kept the 200 saying it was used to tow the car which should of never been towed in the first place had the money ready for first car payment and tags (*first payment was not scheduled tell Aug.*) I implore you do not use these sharks to get any vehicle you are better off getting from any dealership or person then these guys inless you like to get bent over and "insert text here" with no lube as these guys are a bunch of frauds and only see $$$ signs coming through the door and do not care about anything but the money they'll try to grey up the paper to get you a loan you cant afford and be real shady about any business you are doing worst part is that we just filled the tank up that day it was only 26 dollars but its the aspect that filling it up just for them to tow it. At first it seemed as though everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful, this was a front. The salesman pushed a car that was traded In just the day before on us and said it was all we could get telling us it had a 40,000 mile or 2 year warranty, immediately after handing over cash and finalizing paperwork we were informed that it was actually a 100 mile warranty and that the car would not be ready for a few days due to the mandatory maintenance, we were offered a loaner car but were then told no when everything was said and done, when we asked to back out of the contract we were told that nothing could be done until Monday at the soonest, after talking with friends we discovered they possibly have several lawsuits against them and have extremely mixed reviews online not to mention the VERY aggressive demeanor and poor customer service by a man named Bill Stoutly who seemed extremely uninterested in assisting us from the begging and actually hung up on us at one point. 1st UPDATE: after going back to handle the situation further we were met with unsurpassed quality customer service by a man named Marte Christian who has turned my perception and experience around entirely! He handled all of the original issues we had with Keystone Chevrolet including issuing a rental car until ours could be picked up, and promised to address the poor customer service we've already experienced and will be the only person we will ever deal with again in the future. The reason I'm leaving my former review up is because of the fact that what we first experienced was unacceptable, and unprofessional. 2nd Update: we went up to the dealership today to turn in our rental car and pick up or car, while there we found out that a very minor problem that was addressed in the begging of our process was actually a HUGE problem! There was a small amount of painters tape on both sides of the front bumper, we were told by the salesman that he was unsure of what it was but that the issue would be addressed in the maintenance, he informed us today before we pulled off the lot that the painters tape was actually holding the bumper up, but not to worry because "the tape is the same color as the car". 3rd update: WOW, just WOW! I just received a text message from a random number telling me to "please call tony" I assumed this was from the dealership, it was. After speaking to Tony who is actually the manager of used cars I found out that he specifically told our salesman that it was a body issue and that it would be sold as is, our salesman Ory Patrick DID NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON! And during the phone call the level of sarcasm and disbelief in Tony's voice was very apparent when he said that "he'll see what can be done because the customer is always right" being treated this way is APALLING AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Okay as ridiculous as it may seem, I now have a 4th update on this establishment. After speaking to my grandfather who was a used car salesman his entire life I called Tony (used dealership manager) back and brought up a few major concerns that he had raised with me, one of which being the fact that the dealership very well could have just been buying time so they could sell my contract to Santander the financing company we went through, as soon as I mentioned this and alongside the fact that I was just ensuring we were not left up S#!T creek without a paddle on this purchase the manager TONY became very hostile towards me acting as if it was a horrible thing for me to have called to ensure I wasn't being screwed over, making it seem as though I should trust them and only them, he told me that I could then just keep the car as is without repairs, I have them on video telling me that the car has no damage, and when I mentioned that it only angered him more, not a good place at all! read more

Terrible customer service from their service department. According to the service manager, Scott Baldwin, they have filed a stolen vehicle report against me for the loaner I was provided (which was signed for accordingly) upon bringing my vehicle in to be serviced on Friday June 16th. Back story: I had my vehicle in (purchased new) prior to my bumper to bumper warranty expiring due to an intermittent problem with the radio/touch screen and A/C not powering on when I would start the vehicle. I was told there was nothing wrong, but that the tech would make notes, so if it continued after my warranty expired, I would be taken care of. Needless to say, that isn't the case, so I opened a dispute with GM this week simply to see if anything could be done, as my A/C has permanently stopped powering on and the radio is still problematic. Due to the fact both David (in the service department) and Scott have refused to provide us the specific details on what exactly is wrong with the vehicle, despite asking multiple times, we have not authorized work to be done at this point (Friday June 23, 2017). I began receiving threatening text messages and emails this morning, stating they were going to file a stolen vehicle report against me because they had not spoken to me in a few days. Keep in mind, during this time I have been waiting to hear back from General Motors (and following up daily since no one had called me back), so I had no update to provide the dealership as to which way I was going to proceed. There was communication all day today (Friday June 23, 2017) between David, Scott, and my boyfriend. At the point I began being threatened, my boyfriend took over communication. He spoke to David and couldn't get a clear answer as to what was wrong with my vehicle, as David continued to repeat "$160 will fix the issue" pushing to get my boyfriend to commit to that number. At no point would David provide the specific details as to what was wrong, therefore, authorization was not provided to fix the vehicle. My boyfriend then got on the phone with Scott in an attempt to get the details not being provided by David. Scott would only say, "Whatever David told you is what the issue is. We can't guarantee it will be $160 because we don't know what is wrong with the vehicle." So, David won't provide us with details, however, is saying $160 will fix the problem. His manager, Scott, is saying they can't guarantee $160 will be our final cost because they don't know what is wrong with the vehicle. Scott was asked to speak with David to find out what is going on, and to call back upon doing so, in order for us to make a determination on authorizing them to service the vehicle, or if we still needed to dig a little more to get the information we were requesting. We just want to know what is wrong and what their solution is. No more, no less. The next time we heard from Scott, was him stating via text he had reported the loaner vehicle as stolen. He then called my boyfriend (from his cell phone) to debate the situation. Scott was immediately informed since he filed a stolen vehicle report, it had become a legal matter which would be handled through our attorney. Scott was then hung up on. Scott then emailed me stating I would be charged $45 per day + mileage from day 1 forward, per my agreement. My agreement states nothing of the sort. He requested I call him because he wasn't going to speak with my boyfriend any longer. I let him know it's now a legal matter, so there would be no further communication from me. We are currently out of state, the loaner vehicle is at our home. In no way has it been kept from them. Needless to say, an attorney will be handling this moving forward. It is disheartening, as previously the service/sales were great, which is why I chose to drive to Keystone from Collinsville instead of going to the dealership in Owasso. There is no excuse for this behavior, nor the threatening and harassing emails and text messages (which are saved). We have been assured the dealership calls are recorded, so time will tell. read more

Update: Keystone responded to my review and asked that I get in touch again. I asked that the battery be replaced and they were kind enough to oblige. Brad in the service department was a pleasure to work with and we left with a much better impression than our first visits. We found the used car we wanted online and I came to check it out on 9/30. The salesperson quoted me $1,000 more than the online asking price. I returned the following day where we requested a different salesperson. When negotiating a price, he repeatedly subtracted our down payment, saying, "well, because of your down payment, you're really only paying $X." No sir, that is not how math works. The down payment is not magical money that appeared out of nowhere. We purchased the car regardless and left the lot with an empty gas tank and to find they'd applied a tacky dealership logo to the car while we were in financing. On 10/27, we were stranded, leaving the hospital with an hours-old newborn, when the battery malfunctioned. We called Keystone the next day and made the first available service appointment, on 10/31. After evaluating the car, they called to inform us the battery would need to be replaced and it was not covered by our extended service package. No offer was made to mitigate the fact we haven't even owned this car for a complete month and it's requiring maintenance. All in all, this is what people expect from sleazy used car sales. Could it have been worse? Of course. For what we paid for the car, did we deserve better? I think so. read more

Terrible experience! Terrible car. Terrible service.! My 19 year old son had looked for cars for several months. Finally decided on at Keystone Chevrolet in Sand Springs. I gave him a blank check with my sign expecti them to call me to verify, they did not, but indeed took the check. We paid over half down on a $33,000 car, with him want to establish credit on the rest. After several hour of looking and paperwork, my son left with a car. He drove it a little that n and then got extremely ill for next few days. During this time the dealership called, they had let him leave with car without getting nearly enough information for the credit. I talked with them since he was ill. One of the many things they asked for was a phone bill in his name. I expl by phone and by several texts That he didn't have a bill, I got him his phone. They kept insisting, by text, that they needed a copy of phone bill. I explained several times he did not pay a phone bill. Once the finally acc that they wanted him to get a new license with his new address. We said no proble, he would when he felt better. More texts came they wanted it done! It was like they weren't even listening. They let him leave without proper paperwork! That was on them. Finally he felt better and drove the car. He immediately noticed a knot on back tire and wind coming through driver side door. He called dealership and they said bring it in. On his way to dealership he got rear ended. He hails to wait a few days then to get new tire. While he was at the dealership the adjuster for insurance of the people who hit him came and looked at the car. He saw the tire that they were changing and informed my son that they should have never let him leave with that bad of tire. It had already been repaired once and had that knot on it. He also informed my son that the car had been in a pretty bad wreck previously. He pointed out all the problems and the door where the air was getting in was one of them. The dealership never informed my son that it had been in a wreck. And now they are saying they don't have to fix it or do anything else bec it's been rear ended!! They did not disclose anything. He would not have been in Sand Springs again to get rear ended if he had not been going to dealership for the bad tire and bad door. So now I get to spend the whole day contacting the BBB, talking with Lawyer, getting copies of my texts, getting affidavit from adjuster, etc. all because they were dishonest. read more

Highly suggest you stay away from these shiesters. All smiles and lollipops when you buy your car but try getting good customer service when you go in for repairs. Ripped off on repairs. Ripped off on an inferior battery that they wouldn't make good on. This is what happens when you have hillbillies running a car dealership. read more

Pushy salespeople, they don't seem interested if you're not planning to buy brand new. I'd much rather drive to Tulsa and deal with friendlier people. In a business where there is so much competition, you'd think you'd work harder to gain or keep customers. read more

We went there to look at the " cheap cars" last year and the salesman and his wife( who is also a salesman) first wouldn't even show us the cheap cars they only wanted to finance us we said fine we can only afford 300 they came back with a car that was 11,000 and we knew that was more than what we could afford. They came back with 430 a month payment and of course we kept on saying where are the special cars? They are a true bait and hook dealership. They are very shady. When we told them we had a car that we could get financed for 320 a month he said yeah right they will change it. Well yes they did to 230 a month this dealership is horrible. read more

i've never been to a dealership where the finance manager Alexandro trash talks a female customer in the next room because she was for questioning the documents she was signing!! Then she was able to over hear what he was saying!! Not sure he realized I heard him or did he!!
