I paid for a Moog brand u-joint and received a cheap knock off, took it back and requested the moog part I paid for and they refused to exchange it. They told me my only option was to return the item and buy it again, making me lose a $10 off speed perks reward as well as a 20% off coupon. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the last few years; I doubt I will return, at least not the Sand Springs location. read more

From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I have never felt less valued as a customer, it was very eye opening.

On Saturday, the double-slide pontoon experience was wonderful. However, the ski boat for our anniversary day, August 1,2021 was a total disappointment. A few hours before we were to pick up the boat, the office called and rather nonchalantly informed us that the boat was no longer available!!!! We have kids that had travelled to OK from California. We are from the Branson area and are very accustomed to boat rentals. We were informed that we could reschedule and apply our hundreds of dollars deposit on another day! 50th wedding anniversary celebration...rescheduled? Cole contacted us and apologized profusely and asked how the marina could make up for the employee's lack of professionalism. I thanked him and decided to chAnge the star rating. It really is one of the best marinas we have ever used.
