We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? We love our new vinyl plank flooring! We had four different flooring materials in our home…read morepreviously. And the majority was a very dark, distressed walnut hardwood flooring. Now we have a lighter color vinyl plank throughout our house which really made a big difference in the flow and brightness of our small home. Duane's crew was awesome. They worked really hard and they got to our house early and stayed late to finish the job within 3 days. (Including baseboard) Elmer was the lead guy in charge and Lupe and Christian were his main help. Everyone was very friendly and very professional and they did a great job. Be aware that if you have multiple flooring mediums throughout your house, you will probably incur extra charges to fix these different elevations, as they install your new flooring over the existing flooring. Ours ended up costing more $$ than the initial quote due to the extra amount of sanding and self leveling material needed. But, we would definitely recommend and use Rancho Viejo flooring again.

We did feel 12 bags of self leveling concrete was excessive when it looked like it was only used on a few corners of the room in a job less than 900 sq feet. Unfortunately one of the stair nosing broke within a couple weeks of install. Rafi was responsive in redoing the stairs stating it was a manufacturing defect and that the new version is stronger. Unfortunately the second team quality of work was very poor. They left holes in our walls that were patched poorly with plaster. Worst of all the stairs were apparently nailed to the subfloor and after a few weeks they started to rise leaving little holes and nails protruding from the floor. A few of the stair noses are loose as well. At this point, Rafi became unresponsive to have the flooring fixed. We ended up getting some of our money back through our credit card after months went by but the majority of the payment was by check. Basically we will need to replace the stairs again on our own dime. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything if the installer ghosts you.

The backsplash design I went with was a grey chevron layout with custom yellow and white accents (aka: I laid out the design myself). And the reviews I read were right, he has an amazing sense of design and balance and helped me make multiple changes to my pattern on the day of the installation to get it just right! This was such a big deal to me! He didn't rush me or get annoyed. There were at least two times (probably more like ten times) I said something like, "I think that's probably good" and he would put the accent tiles in place, tell me what he thought the problem was in the placement (he would be absolutely right), and we would move the accent tiles to a better spot. That being said, he never forced his opinion. He seems to have a great sense that we're the ones that will live with the finished product and he wanted to get it just right to our tastes. He nailed it! Ask him for his input on your design! You will be so happy you did! And when it comes to the basics of any good job, he knocked it out of the ballpark.
