When I called Scott didn't want to deal with the issue whatsoever and kept going around it. He then told me with an I-don't-really-care tone that he was going to leave the office for the day and was going to get off the phone. That's when I actually hung up because I was so frustrated. What type of business owner doesn't solve the problem or offer a solution before getting off the phone, leaving their customer totally wondering what to do? When I was in again right after my purchase in November a person came in to complain about his hot tub cover destruction after a short time of owning it and I noticed that Scott was pretty rude to him. I remember getting in my car and telling my daughter "I wonder if that's how he treats his customers "after" the sale". Well sure enough it is! Just know if you shop here you will get zero customer service after. Terrible for repeat or referral business. Reaching out direct to the hot tub company next to see if they can help, and will let them know about this vendor offering terrible follow up customer service with their product.

I called several local plumbers, but only Danny at Mountain Drain returned my call. Danny asked me a bunch of purposeful questions, which lead us outside to a very weird and non-code situation. It is clear to me by his line of questioning that this guy has been around plumbing for a long time. Being the owner of the business, his years of experience is clearly evident. Although my drain situation was a new one for him, I could tell he enjoys the investigative challenges that come up in our funky Evergreen area. He had some stories! Anyway, this guy is a seasoned pro, gave me a quote up front, deduced the problem and then got to it. It's a breath of fresh air to encounter a no-hassel, no-bull professional who is also local. Other folks apparently know Danny's work ethic because his poor cell was ringing non-stop. I whole-heartedly recommend Mountain Drains, especially for weird issues that require some sleuthing!

I went out and got about five bids from various plumbers, all wanted more than double what Les's estimate. Les has been my go to plumber since then for all issues in the past year, I've had 7 calls. He is reliable, good at what he does and a great fair price. He has replaced cartridges in both of my showers, re did the plumbing in my kitchen, installed new toilets, fixed leaks, snaked a couple of drains, installed new faucets. I will continue to use him.

After three days and no sign of the water stopping, we realized that we had a leak - we just didn't know from where the source of mass destruction was originating. On Sunday, we called a company called At Your Service Plumbing & Rooter and they sent Luis Perez out. Luis is a contractor for At Your Service but also has his own company - Twins Plumbing (I'm writing the review on Twins since Luis did the work). He gave us a quote of $600 and stuck to it. I think if we'd gone just through Luis, it would have been less - but since he's a contractor and there was a third party involved - it makes sense that the price was increased somewhat.
