    Food was good rated it a 7.41666667 over all Chicken tendys were scrumptious however popcorn chicken was a disgrace to chicken, tasted like it had been reheated biscuits were goody Dog liked the fries drinks were immaculate

    Nasty service. I went through the drive thru and when I came to the window to collect my food the lady was spilling the soda right into my hand as she passed it to me. I did get a little annoyed as I brought it to her attention. She then gave me a. napkin and passed me my food. I wasn't nasty as I would never be with someone who was handing my food. My son ate his food and discovered chewed up gum under his fries on the corner of the box. Why would she do that? I'm very upset and can't get ahold of the store to phone in my complaint. What a nasty way to deal with things

    2 pay $17.58 n change it wld've been nice 2 get freshly cooked FF. U can tell from the FF box they had been. Under the heat light 4 sum time! I was wondering y the person @ drive thru. Asked me 2 pull up some 1 will bring my order?! There were no cars behind me waiting 2 order?! Or cars n frnt of me waiting 4 their food. The GA flavored nuggets NOT GOOD do better KFC! Chef Ramona

    Went to this #KFC ordered and paid for my meal the manager came back and said they only have out of the two piece combo that I had ordered one breast and no wings so she said she would substitute it for something else. Like eight extra crispy wing I replied that extra crispy they do not eat and all that they eat is white meat ! I replied so let me have an additional breast, The manager replied that cost too much they'll give me a piece of dark meat I said that is not acceptable they do not eat dark meat. The manager said so I will give you back your money I said I wanted the corporate office number so I can complain about this incident and her abrupt & dismissive attitude. I took the extra crispy wing and when I got home and open the box the breast that they have given me was ridiculous dried up & old ! No wonder why KFC is closing so many stores ! #KFCAmityville

    All of the reviews I've read about this restaurant have complained about the service. Idk if the restaurant has improved or I just lucked out. My wife and I had no problems when we visited. The place was clean and we were waited on promptly. My wife enjoyed her meal and mine was okay.

    Uncooked  this is the worst  and uber refuse to refund will never eat there or use uber again

The line moved quickly, and I ordered an 8-piece family meal with 2 sides, 2 dinner rolls, 2 tortilla's and a drink for $31.89 + 1 Regular drink $3.10 + tax $3.11 totaled $38.10 -- honestly, excellent value for under $40. Only downside: they only had legs and thighs available. Luckily, those are my favorite pieces, so no complaints here (KFC would never... LOL). I tried both the fried and baked chicken -- both were seasoned really well and very tasty. The yuca fries were a fun change from regular fries, and I enjoyed them. For my drink, I tried the "Jamaica" flavor which I think is similar to sorrel. It wasn't very sweet -- more on the tart side -- but refreshing. I tried the Horchata and Mango drinks, but Jamaica was my favorite. Overall, a good first experience. Delicious food, good value, and I'll definitely be back to try more.

I asked Monica for a refund and she was dismissive and rude, stating she would not be refunding me. Prior to obtaining her name, that I saw it on a receipt after the fact, Monica gave fake names, wore different name badges, and when asked what her name was she refused to give it, completely unprofessional. After speaking with the general manager Lisette she stated I can't give a refund its not our policy, but gave four make it right Arbys cards that were expired as a courtesy. This was also incorrect, because they were expired when I went to use them at the Lindenhurst location they said they could not honor them because they were expired. Lisette said it would not be a problem to use them at any Arby's location because she put the store number on them, again that was wrong and false information. When I returned to this location on the drive thru to use the Make it right cards Monica took my order, whom I already had problems with. When I received the order, there was a hair in my French dip sandwich, which was clearly intentional. I asked for a manager and she lied again and said she was the manager and laughed, which she is not. I politely requested a refund and to have my cards returned back to me which she refused, and stated she would not give my cards back. After reaching out to the 1800 customer service, speaking with Sharon, Lexus, Selista, Louise, Patrice, they said I needed to be in contact with the store which they stated is privately owned, and they have done nothing to rectify the issue for myself the customer. After multiple calls and messages no one has gotten back to me, after the frequent horrible customer service, Between Monica the team member, and the General Manager Lisette. Team members on multiple days laughed at the entire interaction and were unprofessional. Lisette the General manager has poor management skills and allowed this behavior from her employees while she was present. With no respect for the customer. Stay away a word of advice. Months later and still no response. Not really sure what franchise has a 1800 for no reason they truly just want to collect money and don't care about the customer, won't be returning to any Arby's in the future!!! Not sure who the actual owner of this franchise is, but if I were you I would be disgusted, embarrassed, and revamp the entire staff. It reflects your judgement.
