It's very spacious in here, ample parking in the front and rear and bathrooms are very clean. Service was impeccable and thr wait staff wasn't confined to just 1 table so we had a few different servers who were all very helpful. I went with ny 2 young children so I wasn't able to snap great photos or started digging in but food was authentic. Crispy wings can be served with the sauce on the side and was extremely well seasoned and crispy. The sauce tasted homemade and was a great sweet and spicy accompaniment. Combination Pho was much larger in portion than expected. Once you fluff up the noodles, they expand. I do wish they gave bean sprouts, basil and lime on the side. Thr soup had the herbs finely chopped probably to appease American palettes but still broth was delicious. We also had the spring rolls, portion of 4 which were really good and the grilled pork chops over rice was really good with the expected classic taste. My friends and I shared: -Viet wings: super juicy, crispy, and flavorful! -Summer rolls: these were premade and refrigerated and so the shrimp and noodles were a bit tough; I'd pass the next time -Pig out: the pork belly was SO good, perfectly crispy skin but juicy pork. We tried the chicken wings, which was one of my favorite items off the menu, as well as the pork with sugar cane appetizer. My "summer" jasmine fruit tea drink was really refreshing and the Vietnamese iced coffee hit the spot. The summer rolls were light and refreshing, the papaya salad was rich with flavor and also refreshing. Very obsessed with this place!!! Far surpassed my expectations, and all the food is very delicious, everything on the menu that we got was mouthwatering good! Also, really enjoyed the ambience and decoration of the restaurant, all the walls had great landmarks of Vietnam, and there was a scenic 4K television screen showing the rolling Hills and other tourist attractions such as the floating market, which really made me want to visit ha ha ha. Went for lunch, left a fan. This place is awesome. After reading the reviews about SUP in both Stony Brook and Massapequa, we took the opportunity to stop by their Carmans Rd site in Massapequa. Evidently there are four of them open with another two under construction (Farmingdale, NY & Jericho, NY). Both the summer spring rolls and traditional spring rolls were excellent as were the Pho Nam and Tom Rim (caramelized shrimp over rice). I have this thing for Pho recently and Sup crushed it. It what I was hoping for when I walked through the door. Good service fresh food in a cool vibe. All cards, easy parking and a new Phan (yes, pun intended). I'm come to the realization that East Coast is not known for Vietnamese food, especially in a small subdivision outside of NYC. With that said, this place was probably the closest to tasting like authentic Vietnamese food that I have had in NY. Gone are the days when you can get a good bowl of hot pho for just $3.75 a bowl, so get ready to dig into your pocket book because this place is no different. What we got: Pho Combo: was very good. The beef was very fresh and the noodles were cooked just right. I was impressed with their innovative packaging. The way it was package was that the soup was on the bottom and the noodles were in a separate container nested nicely on top. This kept both the soup hot and the noodles warm but not soggy. The portion was size was perfect! Pho King: which included slices of boneless short rib, which were really tender, cooked perfectly and delicious! Pork Chop (over rice): pork chops were grilled and seasoned perfectly. Summer Rolls: I tasted some bitterness to it. It turned out to be the cucumbers. After removing the cucumbers, it was not too bad. Spring Roll: unfortunately, I can't give you my opinion because I was too stuff to try this but my cousin seemed to really enjoy them. Overall, if I am craving Vietnamese food in that area, this would definitely be the place that I would go to and recommend to others. read more

We went about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before they closed at 9. Somehow it felt like we were rushed to order and eat our food which is why my friend ended up taking a to go box before we left. When I ordered my pork chop, I had politely asked the waitress for extra sauce and she gave me no response, walked away and came back as if it was an inconvenience. The service was amusing because it felt like she profiled my friend and I, thinking we wouldn't tip her. Not only that, she came to pick up our plates when I wasn't done. Felt very rushed for dinner service as if they wanted to close right on time. The check was given to me at 7:22 pm which is why I'm confused on why we felt rushed to dine... When I went with my family at a prior date, we had the best experience, but this little interaction put me off from dining here inside. Overall, the location is small so any larger parties may have an issue being sat. I'm probably better off enjoying the food when I pick it up as opposed to eating in. The wings were crispy and juicy on the inside. The Pork Chop Pho really hit the spot. It was so comforting. The chicken broth was very flavorful and came with 2 pork chops that were marinated very well. I ordered a side of bok Choy. The Pho King was also very good. It has boneless short ribs which were incredibly soft and tender that it literally melts in your mouth. The beef broth was also very flavorful. The banana coconut cake was on the sweeter side. We love Vietnamese food and decided to try SUP out since the place we usually frequent became repetitive. The service was excellent here, love the decor & vibe, and it is located in a shopping complex with plenty of parking- worth the 25-minute drive. We got the summer rolls, crispy spring rolls, Viet wings, and braised pork ribs as well as the pho bo vien (beef meatballs) and banh mi sandwich. The summer rolls had the freshest ingredients and tasted good even though it wasn't traditional Vietnamese style. The spring rolls were mediocre due to sogginess (sitting on the lettuce). The braised pork ribs were really good, tender, and cooked to perfection so that all the meat was falling off the bone. However, we thought the best appetizer was the fried Viet wings with the extra tasty sweet chili sauce- I could literally eat this everyday. The meatball pho tasted good enough to compete with any Vietnamese restaurant we've ever been to. The banh mi was very small, bland, and had no pate in it- I probably wouldn't get it again. We had a very good lunch here overall. We waited for about 5 minutes for a table. The Bo Luc Lac was our first choice but the dish was sold out early at lunch; so we opted for the short rib platter to share. The rib meat in the platter was tender but a bit too fatty to safely make a lettuce roll so we navigated the best way we could. The flavor was lacking on the rib until you added the hoisin and the hot sauce mix available on the table to the meat. That gave it the zing it was missing. Our guests loved the spring rolls and pho. The wings were good and very crunchy on the exterior however; we would have preferred them to be fried just a few minutes longer for the inside. The bah mi sandwich was tasty as well. My husband and I came here for our first #lunchdate of the New Year 2025! Actually, it was not planned. We were around the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place because the husband wanted a hot bowl of PHO on this super cold windy day. According to him, the texture of the noodle is very soft and melts right into your mouth. He told me he had eaten this type of noodle in Vietnam many years ago. I, on the hand, wanted to eat rice, so I ordered a pork chop over rice as my main dish. And to my surprise, it was very tender and flavorful! I would definitely order it again next time. We both got the lunch special for $15, which is available Monday through Friday until 3pm (except holidays). You can choose a beverage, appetizer, and main dish. The bottom of the menu has a fine print that advises about possible allergens, which is nice and informative. As for the iced coffee, I was a little disappointed because it was a little watered down. Or I might have expected a very rich and concentrated Vietnamese coffee. *shrugs* I also was not too fond of the sauce that came with the spring rolls.
