It wasn't horrible but it wasn't worth it either - the waffle is sweet, but not a 'real' waffle. It's suitable for a fast food joint. You have an option for a 2 piece or 3 tenders. I got the tenders, but honestly KFC ain't what it used to be back in the day. Three stars just because, and that might be a stretch.

My husband got a few pieces of fried chicken, my sister got the chicken and ribs dinner plate, her boyfriend got the fish and chips dinner with a side of coleslaw, my mom got jalapeño poppers and wings, and I got the chicken cutlet sandwich with waffle fries. The food came pretty quickly, less than 45 minutes after ordering. It also came piping hot. Everything was crispy, nothing greasy, and fresh. Even the lettuce on the sandwich was nicer than most restaurants we order from. I think the price was also pretty great. My sandwich with a generous portion of waffle fries and cheese sauce came to under $10 which is unheard of these days. Ordered a couple of chicken dinners and a couple of breads. First it was very spicy and the chicken was chopped so small. Chicken was very dry. It was so spicy that we ended up throwing it out. We never had a problem like this. I called and tried to explain the situation and who ever picked up the phone hung up on me. I don't know if maybe there are new owners as I didn't recognize the person working there. Hopefully they work out there problems.
