I also ordered the Nathan's french fries and onion rings which one nice and crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. the young lady who was behind the counter was very helpful in telling us about their new menu with all of Nathan's stuff on it and they also serve chicken, shrimp ,ribs and fish which I haven't tried yet in this spot. Tried their new location. Its much bigger and has better lighting, a bathroom, and much more seating. We got chicken wings and crinkle cut fries and a soda. We got 6 honey garlic wings, and 6 garlic parmesean, and a regular order of crinkle cut fries. She asked us if it was to stay or to go. And we requested our food was to stay. So we paid for our order, and she brought out our order in a tray, with a bottle of ketchup, napkins and forks. She was very nice. The place was very popular with take out orders. The chicken was AMAZING. It was presently crunchy on the outside and extremely juicy and tender meat on the inside that just fell off the bone. Don't waste your money. Everything we ordered was soggy and microwaved. The chicken, the mozzarella sticks, the french fries. All of it was soggy and inedible. Not to mention our very simple order wasn't fulfilled correctly. We ordered regular cut fries and was given steak fries. There are much better chicken places out there. To be fair, we didn't try the fish, so perhaps those dishes will be cooked fresh and not reheated in a microwave or steamer. read more

Chicken was ok but the gravy for the mashed potatoes tasted sour and almost rancid. The mashed potatoes were ruined and inedible for an entire family meal. Haven't had Chicken Tonight in years because wasn't so great then, so we figured we try it again at its new location. We got order of Chicken extra crispy, it was terrible and way to dry inside. We got mashed potatoes, they where terrible, powder mixed no flavor at all. And mixed vegetables, that clearly came out of a can, again was awful. This place feels like it should be in Queens...not Suffolk county. Thats not a bad thing. I've tried it out a few times before I decided to review it. Here's my take. Plenty of parking. Short wait. Friendly staff and good prices. The place is basically a "to-go" location since seating and space is limited. The fried chicken is real good though. I tend to get the "snack" which is a two piece and steak fries. 6 bucks in total but tasty. If you're in the mood for chicken I wouldn't pass it up. Just don't expect a date night here. read more

Hot wings is nothing more than fried chicken smothered in hot sauce .... I could've done that. All else is good.

We ordered two Nathan's hot dogs with fries, an order of 20 popcorn shrimp, and a scallop snack meal with fries. The hot dogs with fries were probably the best you could expect from a Nathan's. The popcorn shrimp were also very good and crispy. The only disappointment were the scallops and fries because unlike the other items which are all packed in paper, they decided to put the scallops and fries together right from the hot deep fryer into an aluminum container with tin foil on top. If you're familiar with fried food you probably already concluded the scallops were soggy and rubbery, as were the fries. They most likely would have been crispy and delicious if they had been packed in the paper type container like everything else was. I would order here again, but I'd be conscious to specifically ask for everything fried to be put in the paper containers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The store seemed clean and maintained. This is more of a walk in take out place. There was a large assortment of beverages available in cans and bottles. read more

Haven't been here in a long time and decided to give it a shot again. The fried chicken was delicious moist, meaty and flavorful but the sides were a huge disappointment. Lack of flavor between the Mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes that tasted like it was out of a box. Gravy was very bitter too. Hubs and I were looking for a quick place for lunch. We came across this great chicken place! I ordered a lunch special, 2 pieces of chicken with steamed veggies and hubs got a grilled chicken sandwich with yellow rice. It was a great lunch for a pretty good price, around $15 for the both of us. The roasted chicken was juicy, without a lot of skin and the perfect amount for lunch! Oh yeah, and it was a frozen chicken patty. On a bun. The mozzarella sticks came with sauce that tasted like they put water in ketchup. The ONLY highlight would be the buffalo chicken strips. Customer service is horrible. The " manager" on duty Wed May 21 at 7pm was rude, argumentative and not helpful. I ordered chicken via urber eats and in the notes asked for all white meat. When my food arrived it was all dark meat. This is not urbers fault so I called and advised that my order is incorrect. She proceeded to tell me that all white meat is extra and I only paid for what I got. I said how was I supposed to pay the extra. There is no option on uber eats to pay the extra and I would be happy to do so. She says she normally calls people to let them know its extra, I said why didnt you call me? First they changed my order and I did not ask them to. This caused me to be missing an order of fries. The young lady working there told me I was not charged for the missing fries. I told her I prepaid for for the order so I should have gotten the missing fries. She said she changes the total on her sheet to reflect the price for one fries but the bottom line remained the same, I tried to explain this several times but she just wouldn't listen. If she just added the numbers on her sheet she would have seen they did not add up. Be very careful of what they say they charged you. Its a shame I never had an issue with them until tonight.
