Terrible. Actually terrible. Here was my experience: My mobile order said it was ready to be picked up, so I went to the drive thru speaker. They said "Thanks for coming. Pull up to the window," so I did. I waited 15 minutes for the person in front to get their order. Then somebody came to the window and asked what I want. I said I had a mobile order that was ready to be picked up and he gave me a weird look and told me one sec. AFTER 15 MINUTES, another lady had come up and said "How can I help you?" ... the first guy completely ignored me. I said the same thing, and then she walks away without helping me again. 5 more minutes go by and she walks by the window and just shrugs and says "It's not ready" Then, I see the first guy walk by the window and scarf down a chicken wing while wearing his food safety gloves... fingers and his mouth and all. This whole time they were just walking around laughing and talking with each other. This location needs to be shut down immediately. I have never been so shocked by a food service experience in my life. Not only am I confused as to how these people are still employed -- I am confused as to how they are even still functioning members of society (in other words: HOW ARE THEY ALIVE). I went there yesterday and Tony the manager told me i needed to come inside for my pick up order because it was lunchtime. I asked him why i would need to do that as they had no line and was not given a response. Served bloody chicken. When I called nobody answered. I called 2 days in a row and never was able to reach anyone. I emailed corporate and they never responded. I even attached photos and never got any type of follow up. I do not have a picture of the lemonade but there was floating slimy black particles in it. Worst service you can ever find in a fast food restaurant. Lobby never opens during business hours. Nobody respond to the drive thru station during normal business hours. Never had all the items on their menu available and they have a high chance of messing up with your items if you did get the chance to drive thru. The fact that this restaurant is still in business is a shame to all other fast food fried chicken chains. read more

Not even worth giving a review . Lobby is never open . Door dash has to wait in line . Employees are taking their friends orders over the phone for pickup which is making the wait even longer I order fries and sat in line over 10 mins after ordering and still had to wait on fries. Ordered: 2 Coleslaws (received 1), 1 container mashed potatoes (received 0), and asked for honey-mustard sauce (received 0). Rounded the total charge up to $22-even, with a 96¢ donation to the "KFC Foundation," which I now hope is working hard on developing a more logical, faster, and accurate fast food preparation and serving system for all KFC restaurants, and investing in research on how to instill pride, a sense of purpose and worth (and avoiding boredom) in their hourly employees. I was saddened when the KFC on Stadium closed down... as it was only 10 minutes from my house... then after they closed, I went on KFC cold turkey, granted I only went there about three times a year.... but for whatever reason... I've been craving KFC for few months... so I made it a point to go there after my workout. Excited, coupon on hand, went to drive-thru... ordered my 12 pc meal with 3 lg sides and 6 biscuits. Pulled up, paid and was told it'd be another two minutes before the chicken is ready... I said no problem... I waited over a year to eat KFC, I can wait 2 minutes. The cashier came back with my chicken and I headed home.. if I could, I would have eaten them in the car, but had to be safe :) Got home only to find out that instead of 12 pieces, they miscounted... yup... one shy... while I wasn't super pissed, I was pissed... man, I waited a year to eat KFC and they shortchanged me with one chicken! What gives!!! I just hope that the employees know how to count past 11 (jk)... I just hope this was a minor mistake... I just hope they will give me extra chicken next time I go... because I'll tell the cashier to make sure I get the correct number of chicken, because you guys shortchanged me on my last visit.... As I arrived at the window I was advised that they were out of white meat. I ordered dark meat and paid almost $11 for a meal that looked like the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Portions at KFC skimpy now at best. Went home and found out that the corn we ordered was spoiled. I said never again. Three years later, I figured I would give them another shot. It has been three whole years after all. My wife put in an order online and the website said the food would be ready by a certain time. I drove to the restaurant and when I got there, they said fifteen more minutes. My favorite A2 KFC. The staff is friendly and helpful and the $5 two piece special includes side, cookie, and a drink. You cannot beat that with a stick! One gripe among mostly accolades is the fact that the drink dispenser does not have water nor soda. It's in the back but you have to ask for it (a pain).
