Preface this by saying... when it was all said and done, the food wasn't bad... but let's dive in. We came in a day after my birthday to redeem my freebie queso. When we walked up to the counter, we were greeted. I told them I wanted a salad, and we were told they were out of lettuce. So, I swapped to a bowl, with Barbacoa, they were out of barbacoa........ Now, I am getting frustrated, so I swapped to chicken. Typically i get the fajita veggies, but they were also out. This is around 3pm, mind you its not near closing time and the lunch rush has been over. I let the guy know what i want beans followed by the next item.... "Black beans then queso" "Queso then hot salsa" After every item, even though ive given him the next, he says alright that it? Like no man, thats not it... As i make it to the finishing touches with guacamole and queso, a guy comes out from the back with lettuce. So, now im fuming. Were the counter people just too lazy to go get it from the walk in? It was just my partner and I there, no one else. With four people working the line... anyway, we got ready to pay. I show them my birthday coupon. They tell me that it doesnt work at their location. Now i am dumbfounded because ive never heard this. I ask if we can apply it to the queso on my burrito... they say no. So, then i try to pull up the other BOGO offer i had, and they say they cant take that one either. At this point i just paid and left. This was a horrible experience, they were out of almost everything. We waited for more than 45 minutes for steak and carne asada. They served tiny portions and moved extremely slow. They told us they had catering boxes to fill so we had to wait for our food. The single person making the food spilled sour cream over her gloved hand and into the salsa below and then wiped it off with a paper towel and kept serving food. I came in around 4:15 and there was no line. The employee told us that the chicken would be done in 2-3 minutes. Me and about 5 other customers sat there waiting for the chicken to be done. About twenty minutes later there was no chicken done and there were no employees to be found. I left, hungry and decided to go elsewhere for dinner. Very disrespectful to the customers. This place is absolute trash! Service is beyond horrendous and staff is rude. Save your money and go elsewhere! I've visited a lot of Chipotles because it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location's Chipotle is the worst I have ever been to in the U.S. My family and I dropped by for a meal. We waited in line for half an hour and when we were close to the counter, the staff says that they barely have any ingredients left. You can also clearly see this in the food containers. The line was longer behind us, but staff had no intention to tell others that they're running out of ingredients in the middle of the day. On top of it, every single staff was having a conversation with each other; barely working. Maybe if they were doing what they're employed to do, ingredients wouldn't be running out. Despite staff giving us attitude, we got two bowls for my little niece and nephew, and the rest of us went next door to Potbelly, where the staff was 110% more competent. Also, the tables at Chipotle were filthy. If staff has time to stand around and chit chat, they can at least clean the place a bit. read more

I crave Chipotle once every few months. They've never had steak available anytime I've been there (4-5 times). They're always running low on everything (regardless of what time in the day you arrive). The work station looks like it hasn't been touched or cleaned in weeks. I find Qdoba repulsive, but have been forced to go there several times as this Chipotle has nothing in stock. Please help me!!!! Before reading my review, I do have to admit I am a faithful Qdoba customer loyalty points and all. Wife and I wanted to go to Bambu right next door for bubble tea so we decided to stop here for lunch out of convenience. There was no line so no issues with wait time. First thing wife and, I noticed unlike Qdoba, guacomole and queso are extra charge. Also the side offering seem bare bones, only two salsas no Jalepeno's, no fajita veggies, no dressings, and had much less protein options to choose from. We both got bowls, which are ordered in similar fashion to Qdoba. The first thing my wife said after receiving her bowl was wow the portion size is small and I have to agree. Considering the prices are similar and Qdoba has extra protein options like shrimp and Birria, and spicy chicken while including guacamole and queso in every bowl or burrito, I just do not understand why Chipotle gets so much love compared to Qdoba. The only thing, I thought Chipotle did better than Qdoba was their juice drink offerings of watermelon limeade, lemonade, mandarin limeade, and hibiscus are better but other than that sticking with Qdoba! read more

This location is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They always run out of multiple ingredients, and the portion size I received was laughable. About half the amount of meat and toppings as the family in front of me whose burritos were bursting. My bowl wasn't even half filled. Coming to Chipotle and being hungry afterwards is not a good sign. We seldom come to this location any more. This is probably my last time after being a regular customer since the day this location opened. Service took forever! 5 employees with only 1 serving customers. Long line with half the customers leaving without ordering.

This was the worst chipotle experience ever. They were out of corn, guacamole, pico and chips. They had a ton of chips in the back that I could see, but refused to sell them to me. When I protested, they said they would ask the manager, rudely of course, and then came back and said they would not sell me the chips, they are for online orders only! Craziest thing I have heard. I could've stood there on my phone and ordered chips online and then they would've sold them to me, but not if I wanted to buy them at the cash register. read more

This location has been going down hill for a while now. Just visited and the service is awful. There is no communication between the line and the kitchen, they are constantly running out of key ingredients without a firm timeframe of when they will be available. I am extremely disappointed! Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat and I use to frequent this location often in the past and the service used to be great. Things have definitely took a turn for the worst. Under cooked chicken. Tasted bad and potentially bad for your health. The rice was crunchy too(under cooked). The kids plate was dirty somehow. Looked like they put the wrong thing, scooped it out and then put the right thing(or maybe it was a used plate). They were out of quac. Rather than telling us and giving us a replacement/refund, they gave us the order missing the item and pretending everything is fine. This is the worst resturant I've ever been to. I love Chipotle. What I don't love is how rude the people who work at this location are EVERY TIME I go in there. My final straw was when I popped in later at night after getting stuck at work. I was starving and really looking forward to this meal. I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 min before anyone even said "hello" (I was the only customer in the building, so they weren't busy). Then the older gentleman working the counter doesn't even say that and states "we are out of basically everything". Which would have been nice to know maybe 5 min before, while I stood there waiting for someone to act like I existed (one worker was sitting at a table on his phone and eating). They're always out of everything and they have the absolute worst attitudes about it to the point they palpably make you regret walking in the door. This has been a few years of this nonsense now - every few months I try again, and it's always the same. Which is audacious considering there's a Qdoba across the street and they're always friendly, never out of anything, and they actually give you a huge portion of everything for the same price you get half of at the Chipotle. If you're reading this, don't waste your time navigating the terrible parking lot at Chipotle to then go inside and be faced with even more terrible customer service. read more

I'm not one to usually write reviews but I don't think I've had a positive experience at this location. Every time I go there has been some kind of issue, whether it's catering or not having enough change something is wrong. Today I wanted to try their new brisket, first the price isn't listed anywhere. Then the employee gave me 1.5 scoops when I asked for double. When it came time to pay and the total was $20 for barely any food the person checking me out asked the employee for the portion size she gave me where she proceeded to lie and acted like she gave me way more food than she did. I told them they could open the bowl and they ended up giving me more brisket because it was truly deserved. If you really want chipotle go here but the difference in portion sizes between employees is astronomical. read more
