Small little spot, but immaculate. Service was great - the owners were very helpful with the menu, explained what all they make in-house, and very prompt when we needed more. Brought my kids and we had an assortment. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken for lunch. The sauce was made in-house. I had come for fish, but got it on a whim when she told me they make their own Alfredo sauce. It was excellent, with generous portion of tender grilled chicken and a luxurious sauce I really enjoyed. I stole the bread from my son's lunch to dip in the sauce. My youngest son got a Philly cheesesteak with no peppers. He said it was "one of the best burgers I've had." Everhthing on bread is a burger to him. It was buttery - dripping with butter - which can be a plus or a minus to some. The meat was tender and flavorful. My other son had a mix n match fish. The catfish and perch were both delicious (I tried both) - crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. I kind of wished they made their own tartar sauce instead of getting packets, though. Will try again next time I am down that way - much more on the menu for us to conquer! read more

Under new management. It's much worse than before. The service wasn't good before and now it's even worse. All I asked for was some ketchup on the side and I was given attitude. The chicken isn't what it is before either, I come here a lot since it was walking distance from my place. They have a lot more hair/feathers tht wasn't properly plucked. This isn't even a one time thing now but at least 3 times since I decided to make the post. The floor is forever sticky, like it's never been clean. Well, this is old news. The quality of the flavor also dropped. Hard to explain this. But if you been here before know that it's not what it used to be. But if you're a new customer, try it. Maybe you'll like it. read more

When this restaurant opened a few months ago near us, the fried chicken was freshly made and outstanding. Two weeks ago, our order was terrible--overcooked, dry, and seemed like it had been sitting awhile. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt that that was a fluke and ordered again today. The chicken was even worse, overcooked and shriveled and burnt in spots. The fries were old too. The people are nice but we won't go here again. read more

Pass it on the road in Ann Arbor, had to stop and check it out. My friend, ordered chicken and I ordered fish and chips, catfish, with lots of fries,tarter sauce and maybe 20 ketchup packets! The fish was crispy and tender, not overcooked, with a good full flavor. The restaurant was just enough space, to order, the person taking the order was friendly, a few other people came in for too orders and we waited for over 10 minutes, was worth the wait. The atmosphere was pleasant for too go orders with a couple tables inside. A very nice place to stop. read more

The place is under new ownership and they've upgraded the menu boards with TV's, now take credit cards and even offer delivery through different platforms. This is all nice and all, but after my first experience, don't think I'll be coming back any time soon. Placed an online order, to be picked up later in the day. I got the 8 pcs chicken (mixed), onion rings and twisted fries. I arrived, parked, entered and someone from the kitchen greeted me. I told her that I was here for pickup, told them which platform. Then this dude walks out from the kitchen, looks at the orders on the tables, places two bags on the counter and walks away. Never said, "your are all set" or "here's your order", just placed the bags and walked away. I had to ask if the two bags were my order and if I was all set, simple yes is all I got. Picked up the order, got in my car and drove home. Chicken - they were dried unfortunately. outside was seasoned, but interior of the chicken was bland. Onion Rings - was soggy by the time I got home Twisted Fries - only thing that I enjoyed eating. I ordered the hot chicken on waffles. It came with sweet potato tater tots. Both were pretty flavorful. The hot chicken wasn't as hot as i would have thought though. I have been to Nashville and had hot chicken there and it was HOT! But nonetheless the food was still pretty good. It came with maple syrup to pour on top. Nice place to stop for some carryout food. read more

The worst over priced garbage food around. This place used to be respectable, now it a rip off. 16 piece of chicken not one piece of white meat, raw fried mushrooms and mac n cheese with a nasty after taste. 66 dollars later and one upset family of 8. I have gotten take out from here several times and my overall impression is that the food is reliable. The chicken is always piping hot and the wait isn't long at all. The potato salad has flavor, which is enhanced by plenty of paprika and a little cayenne. The macaroni and cheese is Velveeta style. Not bad, just plain. Prices are decent and the restaurant appears clean and maintained. Overall, I consider this a great take out option while in the area. read more

I decided to give "Wicked Mary's" A try. This business was owned by the Kim's for over 20 years, then owned by Will, then by whomever Wicked Mary's is. (Sorry don't know owners name). I ordered 40.00 worth of chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and some shrimp. The chicken was terrible. It was dried out, not fresh at all. The potatoes taste like instant, and the shrimp was just that, shrimp fried in a deep frier. I'm so disappointed at this restaurant now. I will never go back. I spend a decent amount of money that I feel I should have received fresh chicken. Don't y'all cook to order, esp larger orders of wings? read more

We had placed a large order and unfortunately most of us were not happy withe the food or after effects. First, we were not contacted about sides being out, they just substituted and wrote an apology on the containers. We would have chosen other sides. There was not an option for plain chicken fingers on the app or perhaps there are no plain chicken fingers. They were seasoned with hot sauce. The hot chicken fingers upset the stomachs of several people even though they did not eat much. The fish was simultaneously dry/overcooked while the crust was still mushy on the underside (the part touching the fish). The fries were a large cut and not bad. The ribs were good. The lady who helped us was nice. read more

Ranking a 3 because of the food. Online said they open at 10am. Got there a little after that, told they open at 10:30am. Cam back a about 10:32, told she would be right with me to take my order. 5 minutes later the counter person came and took my order. Was told it wine ready in 15 minutes. A half hour later to the minute it was finally ready. Oh and this with me being the first customer though the door. Would not go here if I was on my lunch time. You will want lots of time to wait. The fish and chips were good. The fish was well battered and crispy. The fries were nothing special; the serving size also seemed a bit small. The chicken was okay it was a little too salty for my taste and the bread roll was hard and cold. It would have been nice if the bread roll was warmed up. Ordered fried oysters which weren't bad and chicken gizzards which I would not recommend getting from here. The texture and flavor was not like ones I've enjoyed in the past. read more

While I'm not that into sports, I can appreciate a good sports bar. Perhaps that's the critical piece here. This seems to be a really fun place to watch a Michigan football game on one of the 10,000 TVs. Even a minor game where not much is at stake will have patrons cheering at every moderately good play. But Brandon A. suggested Fraser's has "great burgers, excellent beer selection, great drinks at fantastic prices and great service...as long as you abide by one simple rule: don't be an asshole." That hasn't been my experience. They have adequate burgers, but there are significantly tastier and cheaper burgers available in town. The beer list is fine, but I have yet to find anyplace in Ann Arbor with an actually excellent beer selection. Admittedly I'm spoiled by my favorite small tap room which is several states over, and I miss deeply. However, it did give me an appreciation for what it means for a place to have an excellent beer selection. My Euchre Pils was $7 and served in a plastic cup. Maybe I'm old, but that does not feel like a fantastic price. And the service? On my most recent visit it took a long time for anyone to come by with menus, and an even longer time before anyone returned to take a food order. I tried flagging down a server, but none were making eye contact. It appears the servers work in some kind of zone defense, as every part of our experience seemed to be handled by a different person. It was uncomfortable to the point where we felt unwelcome and considered leaving. But we had already been there so long we were committed to seeing it out. For the record, I'm not an asshole. I still tipped over 25% on the food. I can't say I'm a fan of the 4% fee to use a credit card, or the $.75 charge for a little side of mayo for the fries. All told, it was $50 for two burgers, one beer, and an onion ring up-charge. Not exactly a cheap meal. So far I've braved the burgers, I've sampled the sliders, and sunk my teeth into a sandwich. I've tried the fries and onion rings. Everything was just kinda okay, but nothing has risen to the level of "ooh that's good". What am I missing? I want to love the place. It's close to where I live, which makes it mighty convenient, but unless someone can offer me a compelling reason to give it another try, I'm unlikely to return.
