Asked for wedge fries. Got regular fries that were hard and not even warm. Seems like they just wanted to unload the old fries from lunch or something. I was there at 4pm. Chicken part was correct so that is why it is not one star. I won't come back to this location. read more

I don't know what to say about this branch. We ordered via the KFC app, when we came to pick it up they said someone else got it. I don't know how someone else could have picked up our order if they don't know our name or order number. We asked the manager and he just shrugged and said thats how it is. Do not go there, I repeat do not go there, unless you want your chicken, dark and greasy. Drove to the drive thru here and I had no idea these people are selling you garbage and not doing quality control on their fried chicken it was horrible when I got home and opened the box and noticed very dark greasy pieces, like they were left in the fryer overnite to soak up the grease. My husband and I took a couple of bites and had to throw the chicken away, Their biscuits were small and dry. Nothing was good except for the macaroni and cheese that I didn't particularly want since I was hungry for chicken, I guess the macaroni and cheese came in a huge plastic bag that only needs heating and then dumped in their steel trays or pot. So no brains or skills required to make it. Now the chicken that's another story it needs to be prepared by someone who is skilled and knows what they're doing. Ordered online for pickup today. Arrived to the restaurant to find signs on the door saying the lobby was closed and must use the drive though. 8 cars were already in the drivethru. We called their phone number and no one would wet. Waited 15 minutes to get to the order area if the drive thru and toms them we had an online order waiting to pickup. We're then told to go back to the front of the lobby doors and wait. Meanwhile, our order had been ready for pickup 25 minutes earlier. After going back to the front, they made us wait ten minutes for someone to bring out our order that had now been sitting for nearly 39 minutes. Terrible service!! read more

Very good food. Here is some advice in case the employees or bosses see this. If you guys would answer your phone when people call you to place an order, maybe your line wouldn't be so long at the drive thru. When I have a big chicken order, it would be better for you to answer the phone and take my order, instead of ignoring the phone call and waiting for me to order my big order at the drive thru. Also, you ever consider opening up the inside lobby after a year and a half of drive thru only? This is a all-in-one KFC / Taco Bell. My 17 year old daughter came here with my youngest daughter for some chicken littles. She was over charged and was told to get her receipt out of the trash. After my daughter did this the manager wanted to argue with her. Didn't refund her the toal amount that she was owed...short by 3 dollars. Had not eaten KFC for many years so I ordered a 12 piece meal for pick up on 25 Sep 2020. Only had to wait a few minutes past the advertised ready time to get my order. But when I drove home I found out they only gave me a 8 piece meal. They were not busy so I do not understand how they make that mistake. The food I got was pretty good but they shorted me one third of my meal. I will not be a customer of the Anna KFC again. read more

Second time and never going here again. I spent $50 here for dinner for the family and did not receive ANYTHING (except the coleslaw that I ordered). I ordered a 12 piece meal original which was not original recipe. I ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy with a large extra gravy. WRONG....NO MAC AND CHEESE, no large extra gravy. I got double mashed potatoes and crappy chicken. Will call manager tomorrow. They need to train personnel and pay attention more at this location. I even called in the order 30 minutes in advance as to not rush them so they could get order correct. $50 and this is what I get. Never again. read more

Eh. First of all, FYI, it's a KFC/Taco Bell combo. So, I was initially frustrated by how expensive KFC is, but that's not really a reflection on this location, so moving on. The drink station was pretty messy and dirty like it didn't get actually cleaned much, and there was liquid all over the floor. The trash can in the bathroom was totally skanky dirty and the faucet was completely broken off of the sink. It still functioned, but it was waving around while you were trying to wash your hands. We did see them cleaning the restaurant while we were there, but I think it just needs a deep clean. The food was not bad, though the cleanliness elsewhere led to concern. They did leave out a large item from our order which was to go though we ate there so I was able to get it. Bottom line is this place is OK, though a little dirty which makes me nervous. Look i don't normally post a bad review but this place should really go under a revamp of management and retraining of what customer service is!!! This is not the first or second time i have had issues at this location but will be the last. This is the second time the sold me something the were out of. The leg that came in the kids meal looked liked it was the last chicken leg from a week ago and when i asked for a different one they were out. HOW IS A CHICKEN place out of CHICKEN???? Look my dad did get loud and a bit out of line. I am glad i checked and that i did not get a bucket of chicken. We asked for the managers name and contract information and was told we can locate it online. read more

Chicken is often very greasy, more so than most KFC. Usually quick service but they seem to go through a lot of employees so the cashiers are normally slow. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!!!!!! Last time I went to this location one month ago, I ordered TWO crispy chicken breasts and 1 side. I paid for both (about a $10 bill), but when I got home, there was only 1 chicken breast. I decided to give them one more chance and the purple-haired staff member was very cheery. I did pay for only breast this time ($2.91), but this time the "breast" looked more like a thigh, was rather brown, and looked like either it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours or had been dropped on the floor. She assured me it had only been up for 10 min. I doubt it. I would post a photo, but it would definitely put you off your food. I was going to give it to my dogs, but my dogs aren't allowed to eat trash. read more
