They are known for their pizza and fried chicken, but their chopped brussels salad was incredible and could be shared with multiple people. I sat at the bar waiting for our table, and it was crazy how many massive plates of fried chicken and pizza pans were rolling out of the kitchen. I had an end seat and closeup view to the kitchen. It was incredible. Their bar also has 4 different types of Pappy for those fancy bourbon drinkers. If you like spicy food, order the Cacio E Pepe Fritters appetizer. You receive 4 large fried balls made with with parmesan reggiano, black pepper, and other items on top of a panko calabrian chile sauce. A fun app for 2-4 people. I loved this place! I am in Plano on a work trip and me & a few coworkers stumbled in here for lunch and so glad we did! The vibe of the resturant was so different and fun and we got a really nice circle booth. Me and a coworker split the Chopped BLT Salad & the Parmy Carmy sandwhcih and both were so delicious. The dressing on the salad was perfect & light, the only compliant I have is there was a weird, stringy like part of the chicken in the Parmy Carmy which turned us off a bit, but overall had such great flavor. This time we had the drinks and desserts and they were delicious. For dessert, we got the baked apple pie cinnamon roll and butterfinger icebox pie. 10/10, no notes! To drink I had the strawberry lavender lemon drop martini (not pictured) and it was brilliant. Light, fresh and sweet. Tons and tons of records, record players, and concert posters from the 1970s lined the entrance hallway leading to the spacious bar and dining area. The bar service was attentive and efficient. Friendly and professional. We started with the Crab Rangoon dip. This was delicious, and it made you work for it. Be careful scooping it up initially with the wonton chips - it is hot and runny, but so worth the effort. For our main, we spilt half a fried chicken. We don't even eat fried chicken, but damn, this was a revelation. Every bite was hot, crispy, and juicy. The skin was perfectly done - crunchy and not greasy at all. For my death row meal, I say I would always request one of my mom's recipes, but this fried chicken made me seriously reconsider. It's that good. Went Saturday night with a group of friends and had a great time! Our server Brit was awesome and explained the menu so thoroughly. Inside had a retro vibe with cool vinyls as you walk in. The place was packed and busy but you could still have a conversation without screaming to be heard. Food was so good, we had the boogie nights pizza, half fried chicken and the Brussels sprouts salad. Loved their zero proof drinks too. The fried chicken was on the saltier side so something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to salt. Bathrooms were dark but I like the individual full stall rooms. For our entrees, we did the half bird and the burger with shells and cheese casserole and the Jojo potato wedges for our sides. Everything was so good and you can tell they used high-quality ingredients!! The fried chicken was juicy and packed with flavor and the green sauce really pushed everything over the top!! It lowkey reminds me of the Skhug sauce at Cava (which is my absolute FAVORITE), so that was definitely a win! We also got a few cocktails. This a beautiful well decorated bar. We got there one hour before closing and the bartender was very attentive and gave us the menu and time to think about our drinks. I ordered the painkiller and my friend had the rocket man martini both delicious and perfectly crafted to perfection. They also have an area with an amazing array of vinyl records. The broccolini was nicely seasoned--crispier than I usually prefer, but still very tasty.
