Slaw and Canes sauce come with each order..good

Update...met some family and my grandaughter here to savor some of her favorite chicken as a birthday celebration. Turned out unexpectedly great. This is an easy and inexpensive way for a small group to get together for a visit and have some good chicken. I was surprised at how many groups larger than ours started pouring in at 6 pm. I'm talking 8 to 10 people each and guess what...they handled it efficiently and with a smile. In spite of being slammed there was not much of a wait. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious within 10 minutes of ordering even though there were large groups ahead of us. Now that's the way to get it done. Thanks Canes! I'll Be Back.... And you should too.... Go!

Good nr inside many more going thru drive-thru weekday lunch

First time at this location. We wanted to make a short road trip and had a Cane's gift card. Made sense to come here. We got the usual 3 piece basket, ate some and rest leftovers. Great service. Traffic can be a problem and entrance. Store on northeast corner with entrance on north side of Hwy 380. We had to turn right on 380 and then U-turn to get to parking lot. Small lot and if full park at Applebee's next door. If your arrive along frontage road and turn in you will be stuck in drive-thru lane and going wrong direction to park.

    Watery Chicken Fingers

A very close person to me, went to get a caniac combo, and the food came out to be very soggy and wet as you can see in the picture provided. It was pretty much uneatable. She felt very disrespected about the fact that the food was not prepared the right way, and we will not be given our money back to canes at this location.

This was more like a nugget than a tender.

Love Canes...the chicken fingers are always juicy and yummy, great fries, sauce and the best sweet tea. A little disappointed with this location, the empty tables were dirty, the floors were messy and the customer service was awful. This has never been my experience at any other Canes before. The tenders were so small, the size of an average friend fry as pictured.

They charge to much for a cup of water! But overall the food is so good I'd give it a 4.5 rating!

Caniac combo but only 5 tenders instead of 6!
    Josh H.

When you order a caniac combo and only receive 5 tenders even a pre schooler knows how to count to 6 it's not rocket science. You mess up the order the first time and can't even fix the problem the second time. For god sake you have 4 menu items and they all consist of the same thing...... TENDERS just a different count please make sure people can count to 6 before you decide on hiring as far as management negative stats! Will take our money to Laynes

I took this picture but didn't realize the lens most have been dirty. Oh well. This is the inside counter

Forgot a sauce, coleslaw was significantly below usual, bread was soggy, lemon tasted more like water than anything.

That would be very exciting if that is true. Service was great. We did pickup. Everything was HOT when hubby got home. I called to ask about air frying.... They do not and they use soy bean oil to deep fry. They must keep the oil fresh and at the perfect temperature.

The drink station area was quite messy and needed a good wipe-down. It took a pretty long time for them to refill the sweet tea machine as well. More importantly, the music playing overhead was filled with obscene language. It was definitely not appropriate for families with kids. Nobody wants to hear pu%%y this, F%#k that, and the "N" word while eating. Its not some hole in the wall joint in like Paynes in Memphis. One of the kids seemed to be playing the music from there cellphones Playlist. If you are just grabbing takeout, the food is worth it, but the management might want to rethink the playlist and keep an eye on the lobby cleanliness to make it a more welcoming spot for everyone

I ordered the red velvet waffle with bourbon cream cheese and vanilla drizzle, plus three lemon pepper wings with sweet honey sauce. Let's start with the waffle. It was just okay for me. It didn't really give "red velvet" flavor like I expected. However, that bourbon cream cheese? 10/10. Easily the best part of the meal. Smooth, flavorful, and it definitely elevated the waffle more than the waffle did itself. Now the wings. They were jumbo wings (which I don't normally go for), and they were almost a burnt crispy and hard to pull apart. I ordered lemon pepper with sweet honey sauce, but I didn't receive the sweet honey sauce. As someone from the South who takes chicken seriously, I was hoping for bold lemon pepper flavor throughout. Unfortunately, most of the seasoning seemed to stay on the outside, and the actual chicken inside was very bland. I'm a big chicken fan, so it was disappointing that I couldn't even finish them. Overall, I was really looking forward to trying this place, but based on this experience, it just wasn't for me. This is only my personal opinion and experience and I was disappointed and wasted money.
