Just ordered 8 piece dinner. Awful!! All dried out. Got 3 legs, only 1 wing. Couldn't tell what the thighs were; looked like little mice. Beasts were tiny. But all tasted like 24 hours old. But it shows 4 sides in the ad that look full size-- they are only tiny individual sides, definitely not enough for more than two people. The corn tastes like it's straight from a can. I love Browns. I've been eating it since I was a kiddo. I usually go to another location but found myself in Aurora and saw the sign. The restaurant is behind a strip mall that was harder to find. The Restaurant is inside another restaurant and the drive thru was in dire need of work. I ordered the two piece chicken dark with a biscuit, a half a pound of fried mushrooms and a small coleslaw. The bill was a little over $16 and I took off and found a quiet spot to eat my dinner. I opened the coleslaw and immediately noticed it had a yellowish color. It smelled rancid. I also noticed my biscuit was not fresh and it felt stale. Browns usually has the most delicious buttery light flaky biscuits, this one was like a hockey puck. The chicken was cold and old. On the other hand, the mushrooms were delicious. I decided to drive back and complain about the food and request fresh food or a refund. When I got to the window the same gentleman that gave me my food stated the food was fresh when I got it. He rolled his eyes at me when I disagreed. Never had a 50+ year old male roll his eyes at me. Also no mask this time when I rolled up. He refused to give me fresh food and he refused to reimburse me for the chicken meal and the coleslaw. It amazes me how a KFC can continually be out of chicken. 6:30 on a Sunday evening and they are out of both grilled and extra crispy. They are also out of cole slaw. Every time I come to this location it is the same sad story. At least they offer you a free Pepsi while you wait. read more

Yesterday, I had a hair in my food and tried to call back up there to get fresh food. The phone line was busy for over 30 minutes! What poor service! I spoke to a woman manager who advised me that she wanted me to bring the food back and exchange it. No, I'm okay! I had work less than 20 minutes thanks to the "fast" response I went in to work hungry and $11 down the drain. No way I'm burning my gas for mediocre food. Sad to say this isn't my first encounter with terrible experiences there. One time they forgot to hand me my drink and blamed me! The only reason I'm giving it two is because it could've been a lot worse. But I will not be returning! read more

by far THE BEST kfc location out there. they got everything in my order right. i ordered through the app, but my pickup order was like it would be for a doordasher. they definitely went above in beyond! everything was sealed securely and double bagged. it was certain all my food was protected and clean which i really appreciated. the staff were also super friendly and professional. the area where food is prepared was orderly and the dining room was very neat and tidy too. the bathrooms are gender neutral and were also very clean too. the food itself was exceptional! the chicken was crispy and fresh. the mashed potatoes and gravy were standard but delicious. my biscuit is always my favorite and they nailed it. they even gave me extra sauce- the kfc sauce is a new favorite! i love to dip my tenders in ranch, mashed potatoes, and the kfc sauce. my only complaint is getting into the drive thru/parking lot area. if you are coming off of new york street, it's very hard to get into since farnsworth is fairly busy. i actually drove into the wrong side of the drive through and nearly got rear ended, but that was my fault. there's nothing the staff can do to improve this so i'm not angry about it. i'm unfamiliar with this area so i am probably the problem here. i'll definitely be back! the diarrhea from this food is gonna be crazy it was so good read more

Stopped in for a $5.00 Dollar Breast meal. The service was strained. I stood at the counter for approx 5 minutes before I was able to receive my condiments of hot sauce and honey. Food itself was hot and decent. Pepsi taste was a bit off. I will give this kfc another try as its in a good location. read more
