If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered on the app on 01/22/2026 and when I went in to pick up my order I was asked for my name and I gave it. The person I was communicating with said the Mac and cheese would take 20 minutes and offered a famous bowl for a substitution. I looked up the order on my phone and realized that none of my order even had a macaroni and cheese side. I was then snottily told that that's why she asked for my name. I tried explaining that I gave my name and her response was hollering to the other worker to "get this guys food because I'm tired of dealing with him" as she was ringing out another customer. At this point I attempted to cancel my order and I left. Im still trying to get my 31 dollars refunded back to me. Terrible experience and terrible business read more

Six cars ahead of us in the drive thru line. It took 30 minutes to order and get to the window. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and a coleslaw. When we finally got to the window, the lady handed me a bag full of Taco Bell items and tried handing me a drink as well. Them she asked me was I sure this wasn't what I ordered? It took a few minutes more to get the correct items. I don't understand why KFC is always so slow and why the order is so often incorrect? Absolute sh*t hole of a "restaurant". The order took an unusually long time especially for a "fast food" establishment. The chicken that was given to me was without a doubt at least a day old and definitely not a same day fresh batch. How can anyone f*ck up fried chicken? Unfortunately we can only give it a three out of five today because they didn't have chicken tenders, ummm hello it is a chicken restaurant and there is no chicken tenders... we had to settle for popcorn chicken which was over cooked and hard, no dipping sauces, and sloppily packaged side dishes and messy soda containers. Everything was dripping and oozing out of the containers. They were overfilled and not cleanly packaged. We usually enjoy this location but today not so much. read more

By far the worst dining experience I have ever had the misfortune of partaking in. I have never had longer waits. I have been told more than once they had no chicken. So bad that I made a yelp JUST to review. My husband and I went here last weekend and tried to order a 3 piece chicken meal. We were promptly told by a rude worker over the speaker that they had no chicken for about a half hour. This is the THIRD TIME that I have come to this Kentucky Fried CHICKEN to be told that they do not have CHICKEN. We also tried to order sides of mac and cheese and corn, but they were also out of those. So basically, don't come here unless you're just looking for a biscuit! The worker was not friendly at all, all I got while I was trying to order was a couple "yuh"s out of him. And he reeked like cigarettes when we got to the window! Nasty, nasty, nasty. This place is in need of a serious deep cleaning. Every single table was dirty after we ordered w numerous employees standing around. I wet a paper towel & wiped our table clean. It needs serious adult supervision. Chicken was cold which was the first time ever I've had cold chicken at a KFC. We won't be back. read more

I've been here three times by now, two of them by drive thru. Both times going through drive thru took around 20 minutes with only a few cars in line. The third time when I walked in they were all out of any of the meals I asked for and had no food ready in the back. No one was ready and they were understaffed. This was the worst customer service and unclean restaurant that I've ever experienced. One of the employees had a pair of shoes right next to the table at by the cash register, food was everywhere on the floor and on each side of the counter. The lady taking our order Didn't even ask us what type of sides we wanted or what type of meat and she just ignored us Hamden change it. We had to ask the manager and he was just as useless. So obviously once we got to the car in check the food, we didn't even have all of our meal, so we had to go back in and wait 10 minutes to have them fix the issue because nobody was intelligent that worked there. I can't believe the board of health hasn't shut down that restaurant And I don't know how an employee can leave a pair of shoes at the table right next to the cashier when people are eating and they is food being prepared. read more

I ordered online half an hour before I needed to pick it up I get there and they don't have more order ready at all and then they tell me i would have to wait another 17 minutes before it would be ready. So I thought I would stop and try to get a good lunch after hearing they closed for a while to clean up the place. I went up to the counter to order and noticed there was no food anywhere! Asked for a 3 piece and was told they didn't get the coleslaw in from the truck yet and the people in front of me asked for a chicken pot pie and was told they only had 1 order! Huh? I asked the employee "it is lunch time right" she said yes but the new owner doesn't want things being made way ahead of time... Bensons here we come! ( This was before covid. ). Now onto today, November 6th , thought I would give it another try. Ordered a $5 fill up and got 1 breast, one mashed a cookie and a drink. No biscuit , no fork , no salt or pepper and no napkin ! i'm not one to complain but costumer service is horrible and when i get uncooked chicken it says something about this place.

We arrived, waited fifteen minutes and never made it to the cash register despite the fact there were only two people head of us. The time in line gave us time to look around. i went to kfc in Bennington this afternoon, i ordered the k12 which is popcorn chicken. i opened the box & began eating when i came across these pieces of chicken with plastic melted into them. the customer service was amazing but plastic in the food is not okay. very disappointing & won't be returning for a while. read more

Drove 60 miles round trip. Got there they said their cook walked out we couldn't buy a bucket. Then asked for 2 3 pcs. dinners got told it would be at least an hour wait and they didn't have any coleslaw.They had 4 trays of chicken we could see in the warmer,,but wouldn't sell us a dinner.
