I normally do not leave reviews for fast food restaurants, because I give them the benefit of the doubt. I mean it is fast food. But tonight at this KFC location I received something extra with my meal and in my napkins. As soon as I opened the plastic bag, something smelled off and not right. I smelled my food, it was in the cardboard container, and it smelled like KFC. Upon further investigation wrapped in a wad of napkins was a cigarette butt. Absolutely despicable to receive a cigarette butt with my food! One star. I would not trust their kitchen if this is allowed to happen. KFC goers beware. read more

With my family being on a strange, unorganized eating schedule this week, I found myself picking up KFC twice in three days when we haven't eaten any KFC in 4 years. Once in the drive thru and once in store. Both experiences were super fast without sacrificing quality and friendliness. The food was hot, the orders were correct and each time two people helped out with flawless teamwork. I wasn't able to eat the food (medical), but everyone loved it and said it was delicious! I wanted to mention also, that while waiting in the restaurant the tables, chairs and floor was very clean. I used the bathroom as well and it was spotless. While waiting I noticed a lot of older customers coming in for an early dinner. All the employees were very genuinely kind to each and every one of them. One male employee even waved at my 1.5 yr. old and smiled. She smiled back. She NEVER smiles back. She is really shy She cries 110% of the time when strangers just look at her. Not this time. It was 1130 am the chicken strips we're stale. That made me nervous they came from the night before. The strips are so small the over $6 I paid for it wouldn't get a 4 year old full. No sauces were offered. Good thing my husband had a soda toooo wash the chicken down with. read more

The only reason I am generous enough to give them 2 stars is because of the food. Their food is consistently good but I never get what I order. I seriously have never been to a restaurant where I had to always check my order for accuracy. Tonight was no different. First I waited for 10 minutes for hot wings and they didn't bring the rest of my food so I asked where it was and waited 5 more minutes and then when I got it and finally got home I didn't get what I ordered. This happens at this location every single time I go. I am now forced to stop going to this location and drive 25 minutes to another one or just stop eating there. It is so frustrating!!!! I ordered online and my "reward" for doing so was to wait behind 10 cars in the drive-through. When I complained the woman told me she does not have enough employees to deliver online orders outside. I pointed out that if she chooses to make that my problem, my only option is to not return again. I spent 25 minutes in the drive through, despite ordering online. Do not bother!!! read more

The food are service at this KFC location are better than any other I have been too. When I moved and tried the food at other locations I could not believe the difference and missed this one. I stop in almost every time I pass back that way. My parents said pretty much the same thing when they moved. It seems very well managed. I recommend this location highly. read more

I have eaten here a trillion times. Sometimes items in my drive thru order were missed, but that happens at many other establishments too. My past couple of visits have been pleasant, but my last visit last evening was even better. They were out of drumsticks and I offered to wait. They were very apologetic and I appreciated that they attempted to remedy the situation. No place is perfect, but these people do try and do care, and the food was great. read more

Wow. Where to begin. The girl at the counter who was doing our order was interesting. Long fake fingernails and cell phone hanging out her back pocket, also cant fulfill more than one order at a time. She also took the fryer basket from the fryer and walked behind the cashier to dump the wedges in the bin. Dripping oil all over. Never saw a single person use gloves. Also the mac n cheese had a dried crust on the top and the strips were very dry. Let's tell you about the coleslaw, wilted slimey pieces mixed with the ok stuff. And the biscuits were pretty hard on the outside. So in other words, worst meal ever. I cant believe the people of bountiful allows this hell hole to stay open. I think that a call to the board of health is next o my list. Oh and no butter or honey and no dipping sauce. I at this point just want my money back, but that wont happen. This is the worse fast food experience I have ever had. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes. The place was mostly empty 4 booths were taken 2 of which had their orders 4 other people were standing waiting for their orders. 2 people came in and walked out, one of them came back he got his order before I did, the other man was the owner of the Dive Shop across the street he never came back. I asked if I could get coleslaw instead of potatoes I got potatoes. Another family eating there didn't get 4 sides and 4 cookies. They put my cookie on top of my hot potatoes had to put in the frig to cool it off. The man that stands of the corner holding a sign was shorted 1 chicken nugget. A smell was coming from either the bathroom or the garbage can the tables were mostly dirty and the serving area was a mess. He did give me an extra leg cause I did complain. I hope they get thing right soon. Can't wait for popeyes to come to bountiful. Would I recommend this place "NO" I would give it zero stars Will I ever come back "NO" read more

This is my second time visiting this KFC in bountiful in less than a month and both times they forgot 1/2 my order and each time I had to wait in line for more than 15 mins to get the rest of my order because they didn't have stuff ready... The manager on duty appears nice but the staff that he has working for him is usually goofing off or taking their time getting orders ready. The drive thru gal tonight was not very friendly either. I pray that a Popeyes will come in to bountiful soon so I don't have to visit this KFC anymore. read more

Not bad if you like cleaning disgusting tables and chairs before you dare sit down to eat. It's obvious that management does not stress cleanliness. The food was fine but greasy as you would expect from KFC. The potatoes were lukewarm and pasty. read more

The food was just what we were hoping for. However it is supposed to be open until 10pm and when we got there just before 8pm all the chairs were stacked on the tables. We had a larger group and had to take the chairs off a table to find a place to eat. The employees were in the back on phones and we had to ask for service. We could also hear many of them trying to get off early. We are just feeling bad for whoever owns this KFC establishment. The remodel looks great though. read more

Not a good place to eat. Inside was not very clean, the employee who took my order seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else not friendly at all. The chicken did not appear to be fresh not sure why may, have been over cooked or cooked in over used oil or maybe sat around along time or the quality of the chicken is very poor. I haven't been to this KFC in 2-3 years because of the horrible customer service I received last time. When there on 12/9/15 - once again received horrible customer service. Everything we ordered (4-piece leg and thigh) and 2 doublicious sandwiches, we were told were not available and even after we placed our order of things available, we had to pull over from the drive through and wait for them to make it (waited 8 minutes). Even the next customer behind us had to pull over and wait for their order too. This restaurant used to be really busy all the time. I should have noticed when there weren't any other cars in the drive through and only 2 cars in the parking lot that something was wrong. It was way over-priced food for things we didn't really want in the first place. I'm sure it's just management being cheap and not carrying all the food items on the menu that they don't want to throw away at night. Well, then take it to a homeless shelter or something. I'm sure the homeless wouldn't turn down free food. If you have something listed on your menu, you should probably have it when someone orders it. Otherwise, don't put it on the menu. It's not like I ordered a BigMac. I am once again disappointed by this location and will NEVER go back. I would like a refund of $19.65 for 2 meals. Very over-priced for horrible customer service. I'm sure the management will not care nor offer me a refund. That's fine - that's what Yelp is for. read more
