Overall, this was an easy five-star experience at Seven Brothers in Salt Lake City, Utah. From the…read moremoment we finished our meal and reflected on the visit, it was clear that this is one of those places that stands out not just for the food, but for the entire experience from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, a clean and comfortable environment, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere all came together to create a truly memorable visit. Seven Brothers has a unique vibe that immediately makes you feel welcome. The Hawaiian-inspired energy, friendly staff, and relaxed but lively setting make it a perfect spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or bringing the whole family out for a casual meal. There's a warmth to the place that feels genuine, and it sets the tone for everything that follows. The food is absolutely the star of the show. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. Every bite feels satisfying, from the perfectly cooked patties to the soft buns and well-balanced toppings. The fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the portions are generous enough that you definitely leave full and happy. The shakes are also a must-try--thick, rich, and indulgent, they pair perfectly with the savory menu items and really complete the experience. Service was another highlight of the visit. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and attentive without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely want customers to enjoy their time there. Orders were handled smoothly, food came out fresh and hot, and everything felt well-organized even during busy times. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and had a steady energy that made it feel popular without being overwhelming. Even when it was busy, there was still a sense of comfort and ease that made dining there enjoyable. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel like you're being hurried out the door. Overall, Seven Brothers in Salt Lake City is absolutely worth visiting. Whether you're a local or just passing through Utah, it's the kind of spot that leaves a lasting impression. Between the incredible burgers, welcoming atmosphere, and consistently great service, it easily earns a top recommendation. I would happily come back again, and I'd strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a satisfying, flavorful, and fun dining experience in Salt Lake City.

The restaurant is spacious and has a fast casual feel where you pay up front, choose where you sit, and they deliver your food freshly made to order. I loved their crazy fries that are covered with caramelized onions, melted cheese and signature house sauce. Savory goodness! As for the burger, definitely super tasty and solid. Wonderful vibes, outstanding food, and good service with reasonable pricing.

Located on the…read moretop floor of the sprawling Harmon's marketplace, covered parking was free and convenient, especially for the bustling metro downtown area. Going in, I was impressed by the story being told, with burgers that seemed to be top quality, made with a combination of Snake River Farms and ground chuck. The fries were lightly fried once in beef tallow, and then fried again when you order them, similar to Belgian style. Everything sounded like they were super thoughtful so I was looking forward to greatness. What I ended up with was, well, "good". This is of course, a bit subjective I guess but while the burger was decent and had a nice bit of pink inside, (also, shout out for the bun they used which was absolutely perfect to be honest), it tasted a bit dense and preformed, so biting into it gave you a bit of a "quarter pounder" taste instead of being super juicy and loose consistency, if that makes sense? The fries were fresh and tasty but perhaps a bit more limp and oily than I would have preferred, as if the oil temp was a bit low? Still, I'm nitpicking because it was still really good but if you're reading between the lines of my review, I think I was expecting something exceptional that you would want to drive out of your way for given the obvious attention to quality that they strive for, and ultimately realized that Just Burgers was, ummm, Just Fine.

For $12.60 I got the cheeseburger combo meal and I was pleasantly surprised that the burger came with generous portions of lettuce, tomato, onions, and fries. Most family-style diners either have too big or too wide that make it difficult to get a good bite of the burger and only end up eating the ingredients, but here it is perfectly balanced. I was able to take bites of the burger while getting everything. The fries were fried and perfectly seasoned and the burger sauce was just right. All in all. Definitely a good family burger joint and I'll be back :) (I also just came here from California last week so naturally gravitated towards a restaurant with 'California' in it lol)

Also, why have a soda dispenser out there in the open if you limit the refills? Seems super strange to me! Something that's fun on the interior are the many plants they have and the separate water dispenser. It makes it have a fun and interesting look. Crown Burger is better but the line was too long there so I checked this place out for the first time!
