I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and chips and cheese at the drive through. Pretty simple stuff. Pulled ahead and there were 2 cars ahead of me. After 15 minutes the first car gets their food and drives away. 15 minutes later the second car is still waiting for their food. Keep in mind in this time I watched 6 different people leave with their food from inside. I pulled out of line went inside and asked them what could possibly be causing such a long wait. They said they were short staffed even though there was about 10 people working back there. Then they said there was 2 orders ahead of me still... so you're telling me that someone ordered inside and was waiting longer than a half hour?! Upon arriving the OWNERS son ( verified by the manager) called my son a NIGGER. Not to be mistaken with NIGGA which could be heard/ learned on the streets. NIGGER is a LEARNED BEHAVIORAL word, which concludes the owners lifestyle. Furthermore the fountain drinks are self serve, the cashier followed my son to the drinks and asked him how much ice he wanted. He said a little, they poured a little and asked him if that was okay. He replied yes, then the employee continued to pour the ice to the TOP. He didn't complain he just told her what drink he wanted. Which is when I came and took the cup from him and corrected his SELF SERVE ORDER. Kentucky. Fried. Chicken. What you'd expect.....quality chicken, good mashed potatoes and biscuits and a southern feel to the commercials. The staff is nice here and the place is always clean. The only thing is that the drive thru is super slow....like 15-20 minute wait after an order. But the food is always good and the order is usually correct. read more

KFC was one of my favorite restaurants until my experience at this particular one. I spoke to one of the managers name Lou and explained to him that the chicken is greasy, grainy, and uncooked. Lou's answer to me was "that's the way it was supposed to be". I didn't know fried chicken was supposed to be grainy, mushy, and not crispy, and not to mention, they also run out of original chicken. If you're from the area you know there's no other taco bell around so I'm always forced to go to this one when I want Mexican food. Each time I have been there so far (6 times at least) they have messed up my order, mind you it is a very simple order. One time they messed it up THREE TIMES in a row. Friendly servers, but this is absolutely the worst KFC we have ever visited. We live nearby, so have eaten here many many times. It just gets worse and worse. Other KFCs are generally very good, this one just cant get it right. It is usually bland, dont understand why. It is never crispy! Waited 30 minutes behind 4 cars at 7:00 pm finally get to the window, only to have the girl ask me are you the popcorn chicken? Noooo I ordered an 8 piece dinner, she says oh hold on a minute, and tells me they don't have the 8 piece I ordered. (I guess whoever ordered the popcorn chicken got my order).
