The employee was very friendly and apologetic to all 6 of us waiting for our orders even as some customers talked loud as to attempt to make a scene. Kudos to her. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience here regardless if I preordered on the app, or as a walkup. Eh, sometimes they might seem a little slower at times to get the order together, but no worse than anywhere else, but they're usually pretty efficient overall. Disappointing is the best description of a quick lunch here. I could see the drive through was busy, it was a football Sunday and there was a steady stream of cars. That was not an excuse for not getting dine in orders dine correctly and promptly. An order that was supposed to be a breast, a thigh and leg was a leg and thighs and the meat was unusually tough. This spot is a hit or miss, with most of the time miss! Today was national French fries day. I saw online they offered their NEW receipe for $.30 cents. It wasn't advertised at their store and when I asked for them she just charged me a complete price.
