Called the driver and told him what happened and he pretty much said he doesn't order from there because they are sloppy. I asked did he not see that the food was spilled all inside the bag and he told me he "doesn't look at people's food". I said you didn't need to look at it to feel and realize that it was spilled out of the bag. Driver offered no support, regard, or care. This part is on GrubHub completely. I called the store though, hoping they'd rectify this issue, and explained what happened and the guy on the phone said to call Grub Hub. I told him I did and asked if they did not secure the food properly. Guy on the phone claimed they did secure the food. He took no accountability and eventually hung up on me and told me to "Call GrubHub". Disgusting service from the driver and the guy I spoke to at Philly Gyro King. I hope the driver gets reprimanded and does a better job making sure the food he delivers is of quality. If he wouldn't eat it himself, don't deliver it and double check with the store for quality control. Have some care for handling people's food. Philly Gyro King also needs to make sure their food is more secured. Get better containers or something and tightly package the food so this doesn't happen again to people trying to support your store, regardless of if they picked it up themselves or ordered from GrubHub. Overall I will NEVER order from this store again based on how the guy on the phone handled it when I explained the situation to him. It's a shame because I did like the food they sell, but not enough to tolerate horrible customer service.

Today, I ordered the chicken cutlet with kale and homemade Caesar dressing (I give this a three star). They used too much dressing so it was more saltier than I expected and maybe it would've tasted better on a seeded roll or wrap but overall the sandwich is decent. I also bought their chocolate chip cookies and these are worth buying again - right amount of chewiness and a hint of salt! I do need to check out what else they offer besides sandwiches and cookies though so I'll definitely return.
